The native chicks and boiler ... Drop update and pictures. My guess is that you're not using a paid data subscription to upload those pictures.

... I'll look into it. As for the data subscribtion, am using my home wifi mostly.

the last one i built cost me less than 8 to 10k. But the one iam about making will cost about 60 to 70 or so. Tho its Fully automatic the details will be stated letter in the thread.. Like i said, INCUBATOR UPDATES IS PAUSED FOR NOW

I think i'll pause the incubator updates and tell you more about my chicks (its been a while). The're now 4 weeks no mortality, raised on organic medications i made use of (bitter leaf, scent leave, pawpaw leaf and seeds, moringa leafs, etc. More updates and pics coming below.

I ordered for brahmas and silkies eggs.. Since the chicks are rare and expensive, i decided to hatch them with or without an incubator myself. (So help me God)

I think naturally the south African breed has always been a guard dog unlike ours that's a hunting dog. Do mixing with the American bully only improved it looks and not its guarding nature .. but ours even if it was mixed with a pitbull will be a hunting dog with no instinct of guarding nature ..

So how about we Keep it's nature but only improve it's looks ... Because no matter how many trials, they are still going to remain a hunting dog..

....................... .... ..... Yeah you'r right but its not all about guarding. Siberian husky is a bad guard dog but its so expensive.. SO in my view, mixing our local dog with a better breed will not only improve its instints, but we will drive to improve its look thereby making it more presentable and respectable..

yes my research showed me the advantages but, to me, the disadvantages outweigh the advantages and I'd rather stick to rearing black soldier fly larvae instead. Everyone has their opinion, i respect yours byt i don't really care if you reciprocate. Cheers fam.

There is no original breed to start with. Most of our dogs are already mixed so selective breeding will be difficult.

.. Yeah its difficult cause no one has attempted it. And most Breeders cant cooperate

I Got some local dogs specially for this project. Plan on mating the local bitch with a neopolitan and mating the pups with a cane corso and still maybe mate the pups whith another quality breed. I pray God will see us through

Can you imagine mixing our local dog with a neopolitan? And then MIxing it's offspring with a pure cane corso!!!.THE results may be outstanding and it may also BE weird but through cooperations, we could try again and finally get it right. I orderd for a pure pedegree ekuke pup from someone... She'll be arriving next week i plan on using her for the project and it's not a one man thing it requires all hands to be on deck. So we could improve nigeria's pet industry...... WHO'S with ME!!!! I would be posting updates on the pup once she lands..

I thought nigeria was the giant of africa? Then why do we stoop so low to allow the name of our precious GOD given local dog wallow in the mud? we have a diamond in our hands but we prefer to go for a silver thats an headache.. I do read posts that a person would want to mate his local dog with a gsd but he would recieve criticizms of his life.. Some people would say he's producing mutts. But tell me. Was'nt that so called bb mixed? Other would say he's a qwark cause geniue breeders are supposed to improve the breed starndard.. can a local dog standard be improved by turning it to 404? That breeder who wants to improve his breed. and YOU who wants nothing to do with it who is a geniue breeder? or should i say (dog LOVER !)... think about this before our breed gets extint. Am pretty sure if it was an american breed it would be as expensive as a Tibatan mattif cause of its high resistant to diseases.

Good idea but farmers have never agreed on anything due to the manner each person practice some will tell you they are on bank loan and will not like any agreement to delay sales even uf they are making profit they will say they don't mind since they are repaying something

. Then the ones da are not on a loan could come together and agree or debaut on something....(p.s COLLECTING A BANK LOAN TO START POULTRY IS A BAD AND RISKY IDEA)
