Please o, is casting round at the lintel level sufficient for the use parapet in a bungalow without vertical beams? The land is very solid, and blocks output per bag of cement is 35/36

Boss, what's estimate quantity of cement you used for the concrete fascia? Secondly, I have seen instances where people do parapet when they are not ready for roofing, is that advisable?

Any of this opinion can work. Sometimes, I do call the courier, if I needed the item urgently. But, if not, He will call you during the delivery provided the posted phone number is correct.

Even recently, SpeedAF has been notifying me via SMS before delivery.

Good day everyone, below is the labour cost and rough estimate of material for a four bedroom bungalow (attached is the floor plan) given to me.

LABOUR
Setting out # 20,000
Digging of foundation 70,000
Casting of foundation # 40,000
Filling of foundation # 70,000
Casting of slabs # 80,000
Setting of Block # 270,000
Casting of lintel # 30,000

MATERIALS:
4500 pieces of Block
10 load of Gravel
9 load of Sand
220 bag of cement

I am mostly concern about the labour cost because I would be on-site to monitor the use of materials.

Please is the Labour cost fair? Or High?

Good afternoon house, please I intend to order a stuff from AliExpress for the first time but from the place I'm there's no way I can access a bank to open either a dollar or domiciliary accounts. How do I go about it? And secondly, can someone go pick up a shipment on my behalf if I'm not around?

Download using a download manager like 1dm+

For instructions on how to install.

How to manually update..

Go to Settings > About phone > System update.

If tapping the 3-dot button shows the “Choose update package” option, click on that and choose the downloaded ROM from your internal storage or SD card. In case you don’t find the “Choose update package” option from the 3-dot menu, tap on the MIUI 11/12 logo inside the “System update” page several times. A prompt will then show that additional updater settings are now available. Now you can tap on Choose update package and select the MIUI 11/12 update file

That’s it. The system will start decrypting the file and install it automatically for you. Wait for it to finish the process, which may take 10-30 mins

Data should be on during the decryption process

First, try to check if new update is AVAILABLE. If it's not Its probably a software bug.

There's a new Update but I don't think that will solve the problem
