Igbos in other regions cannot be a reason for refusing to grant autonomy. There are also Igbos in other countries and other Nigerians in the East. When we break up, the countries that emerge can decide what to do with foreigners in their countries.

I don't know your level of education or age but even common sense will tell you that Igbos in your region is never a problem. Once Igbos have their own country outside Nigeria, you will now be at liberty to make laws to chase them out of your region.

The first thing that should be done, if indeed you guys are reasonable humans, is to make laws in your national assembly that will automatically grant Igbos autonomy or even organize referendum.

How do you want Igbos to leave your region when Nigerian laws make it mandatory for them to use facilities they built in your region?
