Here is my advice to you. Let him know you understand his sexuality and you are not judging him based on that. You appreciate his friendship and are willing to remain friends with him and he needs understand you are not into same sex. Not because you think it is right or wrong but because you just don't feel that way. I am sure he will appreciate it. I am bi and I am not sure any of my friends are aware of this part of me. They could have their suspicions but it is not my business and if you ask me, I might tell you depending on how mature I think you are to understand that we all are different.
