Celebrities / Re: JAPA: "I Regret Relocating Abroad" – Femi Brainard Opens Up On Being Uber Driver by Dfather1(m): 8:56am On Mar 07
FreeStuffsNG:
Speaking on the perks as well as the disadvantages attached to relocating abroad, especially being a celebrity, Femi Brainard said it is better to be celebrated and be a prince in Nigeria than to move abroad and be a nobody. He also noted that his wife does not love it at all.

Eni awifun Oba je o gbo.

Many of them are so stuck now that they can't even be as sincere to themselves as he is.

It's nothing but a wrong mindset to think that you will resent your own land/ country and expect that you will prosper on that land or overseas, it's impossible!

When you are not blessed in Nigeria, it's not because others are not doing well here in Nigeria, for most of you, you were horribly raised with the wrong mindset and indoctrinated to hate Nigeria by some of your parents who were part of those behind the multiple problems now facing the nation so you ended up and continued your life in a circle of negative minded unpatriotic people. You curse Nigeria, the land curses you back in multiple folds and nothing you sow in the land will prosper but if you bless Nigeria, the land blesses you back in multiples.

Until you wish Nigeria well and do your best in patriotism, you will never be blessed by this land and if you carry your resentment and hatred for Nigeria overseas, the rejection by Nigeria will follow you like your shadow.

The grass is always greener on the other side until you get there. What you are doing here in Nigeria is so valuable that if you nurture it well, you will one day be going overseas for business/ professional travels and enjoy vacations with your family and friends. And even if you still don't go overseas, you will be happy, safe, fulfilled and blessed here in Nigeria.

God bless Nigeria for ever! Check my signature for free stuffs!

I am very sorry to quote you but sincerely I can't but quote you out of curiosity.

Like all your comments here, are they bore out of cruise or you are being serious?

Please answer the above question sincerely before I go further.

Thank you.

Politics / Re: How I Was Scammed By MTFE AI Trading, Nigerians Beware. by Dfather1(m): 9:01pm On Feb 27
ShobayoEmma:
I was working barely four weeks ago in a school where I'm teaching when a fellow a female staff sugar coated this MTFE AI forex trading to me. Being the first time I would be hearing about AI forex trading, I felt very odd about it. Infact, a junior staff that use to look up to me came to seek my counsel about it having been introduced to it by that female staff on which I told him not to join because I wasn't convinced about it.

A week later, another male staff came to me with thesame praise song of this MTFE, but this time around, I was like let me find out about it. I Asked three different persons about it but none could attest to it's credibility; they however said if I was sure of the goodies attached to it that I should go ahead.
Two days later while I was with my colleague sharing the same office with that female staff, she then teased me that she had helped that my colleague's brother to enroll on the platform and he had been receiving his dollars on daily basis afterward. Because I had so much trust in that my colleague to have allowed his brother to take part in that kind of MTFE AI forex trading: I too then decided to join.

I was enrolled on Friday afternoon that week but I couldn't trade because it was late. I started trading the following Monday through the app AI trading and it yielded 1.5 dollars as promised hence my capital was 65 dollars on it.

Note: the AI is expected to make a loss once in the five working days.

On Tuesday that week, the AI made its loss for that week. knowing that it wouldn't make a loss again for that week, I quickly upgraded it to 209 dollars so as to gain 5 dollars each day instead of 1.5 dollars. The AI traded in profit as expected.

Trouble started the following week Monday when they told us of their system update. Like a foolish lamb, we believe them. Then on Tuesday investors started experiencing difficult in making withdrawal on which their invisible CEOs and customer care agents claimed it was due to the system upgrade.

Then days ago, the handwriting began to be more clearer when conflicts excuses began to emerge from their different agents. Then on Tuesday this week, a piece of news emerged on binance news platform that MTFE was a scam and it has gone to the wind forever. Then I knew I had priced a market from a mad man.

I contacted the female staff that introduced me to the platform of this reality but she told me her own Superior had seen thesame news and believed it was a lie against the platform.

Then two days ago, on Thursday, the informed all investors not to on our AI on the app because of their unending upgrade but unfortunately they themselves programmed it to on by itself and traded by itself without us authorizing it to do so. Boom, after the unauthorized trading that day, the AI made over 500% loss. Hence I was having 269 dollars before, but on that Thursday night, it changed to -237 dollars which means, they are now claiming we still owe them after their fraud.

Note, millions of Nigerians are affected by this development with many of their thousands of dollars gone to the wind.
I also joined because I wanted to protect my money from the hand of naira fallen angel as our money stays in dollars in both the app wallet and asset.

Now I've learnt my lesson in a very bitter way, Bulaba has really dealt with me, please let the obidients come to my rescue o.

Teaching money is not easy to gather o.

I understand your feeling. God will grant you the fortitude to bear the loss.

I don't know why, one mind is telling me to help you.

Politics / Re: NSA, Nuhu Ribadu Bans Camouflage For Para-Military by Dfather1(m): 11:48am On Feb 02
TUTU147:
People are expecting police to be included in the ban without knowing that police is the mother of all force's in nigeria. It was the calmness of the police that gave the military the power they are enjoying today. The military government did alot of harm to the police by weakening their power.

Go through the circular again. Police are only allowed to wear camouflage when they are in a joint operation with the military or special operations(which in most cases requires military assistance). Apart from these two occasions, they are not allowed to put it on.

That being said, why would police want to put on camouflage? Do you know the use of camouflage? One thing most security agencies fail to understand is that everything being done in the military has reason and purpose, imitating it without cause/purpose makes them stupid.

Let me quickly correct your impression about police being the mother of forces in Nigeria and they were being weakend by the military.
First of all, police is a service and not member of the armed forces. The mandate of the police is very different from the mandate of the military. Police take care of internal security and Incase if they fail, military steps in which is what is currently going on in Nigeria now while military protect the territorial integrity of her nation.

Lastly, military personnel are fully empowered to exercise a level of uselessness while fighting external aggressor and not on civilian populace. Military personnel should not constitute nuisance and go about their normal duty as civilian while they are not tasked. Police owns the internal security of the country and not the military.

Military personnel should remember this and stop misbehaving, although the police has made herself very useless.

Arobaga:

I have zero pity for any Nigerian soldier

Even with their low salary they’ll still obey the order to shoot any one protesting for their salary increase

Police did it last year

These same army officers were the ones Tinubu ordered to shot ENDSARS protesters at Lekki tollgate

They should all have a taste of their own medicine

I understand your point clearly, however, there are some things that you need to know.

Most times, when I read comments on nairaland, I just laughed because I know most of those comments were written out of ignorance.

The first thing you should know is that civilians are the problem and not the armed forces (army, navy and air force). They are not allowed to vote. It's who we voted to be the C in C that commands them. They are trained to follow order whether good or bad, you can only help them by giving them a good leader that will give them good order.

They kind of leaders we elect determine the kind of armed forces that we get.

If for any reason they refuse order, that means coup will happen and I am very sure that you will be among the first people that will come and condemn and castigate them.

In summary, please whenever you see armed forces carrying out an order(lawful or unlawful) and the commander in chief that you voted doesn't fault or condemn such action, if doesn't go well with you, just blame the leaders you voted and not the armed forces. Thank you.

Politics / Re: Nigeria Ranks 109th Out Of 125 Countries In 2023 Global Hunger Index by Dfather1(m): 10:16pm On Jan 31
Kushites:

My friend please shut up let us hear word.

So who should rule Nigeria, Mr fake detribalised Nigerian?

Not your Igbo choice Obi, who was an Abacha acolyte when others were fighting and dying for democracy?

And then later became a PDP chieftain?

And then after years of looting in which he became a multi millionaire in dollars, famously refusing to pay his state doctors for an entire year, he dumped PDP out of naked ambition to be president, to join LP, and started claiming sainthood?

And then because Nigerians said “Nope! Not so fast, G”, we are all fools?

Come on will you get lost from here!

NONSENSE.

Go and look for your FATHER to deceive with overnight rebranding.

Idiots.

My friend, I don't think we need to fight. That being said, are you now feeling guilty conscience? I don't think I mentioned Obi in my comment or did I?

Or do I sounded like an Igbo man? Because I have noticed that anyone that's not in support of deceit is always termed Igbo man or probably obedient.

You have just done exactly what I wrote earlier, must we continue to support evil because we are benefitting from it? Just like I said earlier, when hunger harmonize us, we come to agree on common terms.

EreluRoz:
Others wouldn't have done better, this is the bitter truth. We are not ready for the true change, you can't go and repackage a renowned thief and turn him to an overnight messiah and expect Nigerians to support him. Like I said we are all not ready for a true change.

And Buhari that more than half population of Nigerians yearned for did better than Godluck right?

The problem we have as Nigerians is that we hate to succumb to the truth. If you have voted wrongly due to your ignorance, tribe, religion or probably gullibility, just accept the fact and join the campaign to move the country forward and not giving flimsy excuses.

Was Yaradua not a known politician when he became the president? Who would have thought he would try his best? Was he not the member of PDP? Was he not the one that said he was not too sure of the election that brought him in as the president?

We are part of the problem, we all know the lesser devil (as there's no saint in today's Nigeria politics), but we choose to go with the wrong person due to tribe, religion and because of our selfish interest.

Let's continue like this, until the hunger is harmonized and our brain can be reset. We will then come to common terms devoid of tribe, religion and sentiment to make better choice.

You are only bothered about south east irrespective of anything. Tribal bigotry has eaten you too deep. Those politicians you are fighting for with your life, do they know you? Are you in a way benefiting from them in any way? If these questions are "yes" what about your conscience? If you are in the position of the poor ones who don't know or have any affiliation with politicians, how would you feel?

Sane, honest and hardworking Nigerians that are not suffering from self imposed amnesia will never and can never forget that Atiku and his boy boy Obi Pandora are one and the same.......

It is just a case of Olosho wey change location.....

For the children of hate, frustrations and perdition that voted for Atiku less than 4 years ago and are now out telling us that he is a thief, he is corrupt a criminal, he hates other religions, he is also a terrorist etc.
For you knowing all this and still went ahead to vote for him.
God will judge you all, the calamity you want to befall our darling nation then will be visited on you and yours.
No be curse,
Na fact .

As long as God lives

Then who should we vote for? Or better still, who is your favorite among the four popular contenders?
