Exactly, I don't miss my training everyday. I think I can write in it but can't really speak it.
Seriously, I wish to speak all the languages in this world . I admire your dad Sorry bosslady. No offense intended. My sister speaks Spanish, at least basic conversation for someone that has not traveled to any Spanish speaking country. When she started, I was laughing at her but now every time we want to start chatting, she starts with Spanish and switches to English. Hopefully we can open a thread and flow with the language. Career › Re: Compliance Manager Duties, pls Explain by dfrost: 8:34am On Sep 27, 2016 |
Gaborone: As the name implies, his duty is to ensure compliance, by the company with concerned regulatory agencies and statutory regulations.
The business of the company will inform the agencies and regulations they are to look out for. Generally however, companies have to ensure compliance with the Corporate Affairs Commission and FIRs. If you are the compliance manager in question, you can start with those two. With them, you have to file certain returns every year, month, etc etc,
Additionally, you have to research regulatory agencies linked to the kind of business your company is into. If for example you are into household food packaging, then you know you are going to be dealing with NAFDAC and maybe Standard Organisation of Nigeria.
Thanks. Correct response. For instance for Environment, ISO 14000, for Quality Management System, it's ISO 9001, for Information Systems, it's ISO 27001. Just like the word, it means complying to standards governing your industry/sector. |

Your first child will likely graduate when you are about 62. Person go dey train pickin at 60+, haba? One of my colleague, earning over 250k doesn't even have a girlfriend and is about 38. iPrevail: I dunno what your monthly bills look like, but I do not think 70grand is enough. Except you are good at saving and have a really good plan for your futures.
Your wife, if she isn't modest, can consume ⅓ of that money. And think about what happens when the babies start coming.
Just plan well sha. People still live off as low as 18k and they are still alive. Nice tips. I know of a colleague who started a family on 45k here in Lagos. Meanwhile those on 150k are still complaining that the salary is not enough. OP your priorities should be paramount in life. I know of someone who started working on CBN as low as a clerk back in the 80s. Got married amid the little pay he was receiving. Fast forward today, he has retired. 3 completed bungalows, over 6 parcels of landed property and 3 cars. Plan your life with your family. Move to a low cost area. Finally, never, never and never try to impress anyone. Ciao! |

Good morning all. I've read all the comments posted so far and I couldn't help but feel pity for the poor soul.
To the OP, you've done your part by telling him. The first step to repentance is confessing and telling the truth. You've told him the truth, let him live with that. But have you repented? I'm not really sure because you even had sex with him in order to concieve. Who even told you to have sex before marriage? Some will come for my head but the truth is that its wrong. You don't need it to prove anything.
About committing suicide, someone already said it all. It is a selfish act. The life you have is not even yours but God's. Pull yourself together. It's not easy. I have seen what a broken heart can do so be careful.
If you have a confidant, discuss with him or her.
Lastly, as much as possible, avoid bringing your personal issues to social media because it's full of cyber bullies.

lofty900: Women are powerful creatures, the process of child birth proves that they're even stronger than men because men can't even stand and watch their wives give birth how much more go through the process. Married men take care of ur pregnant wives, it's not easy Granted women try, albeit some men can stand the sight of blood. Some of us are "strong men" |

He was assiqned.....and his only achievement is 'winninq bundesliqa at Game 29'.......
Of course, they've been winning, same way Madrid and Inter were also winning before JM came to manage them. Like I said, let's not condemn them but be happy for them. It's not easy my brother to manage individuals. Shalom. |

herzern: The same Guardiola that couldn't table a UCL trophy for Bayern!.....
Guardiola is a F.A.I L.U.R.E!!!! herzen, usually I don't quote people but my attention was drawn to your comment above, Haba bros? PG a failure because of no UCL trophy in Bayern? That means the below equation holds same for JM: Porto = 1 UCL = P Chelsea = 0 UCL = F Inter M = 1 UCL = P Real M. = 0 UCL =F JM = F x2 PG = F x1 Bros herzen reason the matter nah . But I wouldn't say JM is a failure, in as much as I would not say PG is a failure. There are so many factors that hinders a man to make it to the top atimes. Give it to the two managers, they are outstanding. If PG is a failure, then what will you call AW? *runs out of thread* |
