Crime › Thieves Caught In Ughelli After Stealing A Tricycle In Warri (photos Attached). by dgr8truth(op): 6:57am On Nov 11, 2016 |
These men came all the way from Port Harcourt, in River State to steal a tricycle (keke) in Ekpan in Effurun on 10th of November 2016 at about some minutes after 12; pm, unfortunately luck was not on their side as they were caught along the ughelli-patani express way on their way to Port Harcourt with the tricycle by men of the Nigerian police attached to the ughelli division. The Army uniform on the floor is what one of them wore to intimidate, harrass, and forcefully collect the tricycle key from the tricycle rider handed it to the fair one on T-shirt and off they zoomed away, telling the rider to come meet them in the barrack. The vehicle behind them belongs to them, its registration plate number is AAA-532CX Lagos; a BMW car. The tricycle behind the vehicle is the stolen tricycle with registration plate number PTN-504UP Delta but the thieves have replaced the registration number with YEN-403QU Bayelsa. The tricycle is just two weeks old. In their possession are a white navy uniform, receipt booklet bearing Izuking Integrated Oil and Gas Ltd, stamps and pad, walking-talking, mobile phones, ATM cards, and other things. I just can't thank SP Joseph Imasuen and his squad of the Ughelli division for their professionalism, intelligence, alertness and human face.
May God bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria! May God bless the Nigerian police! May God bless the effort of every Nigerian who is into legitimate hustling!

It is OK. Thank God they have returned the houses to him, Atleast if not anything it should count as one achievement of this APC government. The problem of the country is not president Buhari nor other presidents but you and I who are so socially, ethically, psychologically, and politically passive and dead to allow for the continued ruthless rape of the country by devilish politicians. The APC and PDP sympathizers are the real zombies. They are being f4k, fooled, pushed, and flushed down the toilet. This country will be great again when we the passive citizens become active politically, ethically, socially, and psychologically. blazer234: Kindly explain what you mean by being "ethnically active". I weep for my country! A country that can't correctly apportion political blames. Everyone is blaming the federal government, what happened to the state government, the principal and teachers who were all superstars in this grand conspiracy.
The federal government should investigate the roles played by the state government, the principal, the teachers, and everyone connected in the political abduction of the chibok girls and just recompense should be melted out to them for their actions.
Hey young man what are you saying! So you want Buhari to shot himself in the foot.

PMB who couldn't build on what was handed over to him but rather like the fowls shattered the feeds allover. Vexingly it will take us more than 8years to recoup the gains Buhari has squander.
Fortunately Nigerians have seen through PMB's hollowness, we are tired of his blamed game, he should just do us the favor of resignating. |

It was a practice and culture of looting, senseless lack of investments in value adding things, executive cluelessness and misery management of internal crises like BoKo Haram and Niger Delta ..

Next time we'll start asking politicians the right questions especially the dull ones like sai BABA.
It's very vexing that an economy that was growing at roughly 6 percent year on year suddenly sank into recession in just over a year of PMB's presidency and some big fools will still open their gutter mouth and blame GEJ.
GEJ and Dasuki are responsible, they "ATED" the 95%.
May God give us the grace to forgive the millions of zombies that voted for this recession. |

Politics › FRSC And The Illigal Occupation Of Our State's Roads by dgr8truth(op): 2:43pm On Aug 25, 2016 |
It will be in our best interest as citizens to live in a country where equality, legality, and the rule of law are given the highest of accolades, because by so doing an ever renewed hope, and unmatch optimism will be birthed everyday.
It is in this regard that I have written this article to bring to the known and to our consciousness the illigal occupation of our state's roads by men of the Federal Road Safety Commision (FRSC) herein refer to as the commission.
The commission since when it was birthed has done some tremedious work which can not be denied them. These works, some men of the commission have done with much enthusiasm, spirit of nationalism, and human empathy. Sorry enough in the course of carrying out these their national functions, they have either by commission or omission basterdized, relegate the very law that stamps authority and legality to their actions and existence.
According to the Federal Road Safety Commission ACT 2007, No. 22 their area of operation is the federal roads, in fact the very first paragraph made it clear and it reads thus: "...to esterblish the federal road safety commission with the responsibility for traffic management, preventing and minimising accidents on the highways, the supervision of users of such highways..." Highways should not, must not and can not be disputed. These are roads that connect major cities, towns, and states, and such roads belongs to the federal government. These roads doesn't exist in oblivion, but abound around us even visible to the blind, and known the olodos. It is very vexing that some men of the commission are seen on state's and local government's roads carrying out their suppose national duties. This act of theirs begs the question, if the men and women of the commission are actually engaged for legality or illigality, the latter I think is the reason some of them think they are engage.
The commission should as a matter of urgency starts reorientating her corps to stay and walk within the bounds of the law, because their frequent flagrant breaking of the law has caused and still continues to cause unquantifiable untold hardship to road users and nigerians in general.
The law that sets the commission forth is unambigous. Part 2, section 2, and subsection A, B, C read thus
Part 2 Section 2 subsection A "make the highways safe for motorist and other road users"
subsection B "recommending work and devices designed to eliminate or minimized accidents and advising the Federal, State, and the Federal Capital Territory Administration and relevant government agencies on the localities where such works and devices are required" and
subsection C "educate motorist and members of the public on the importance of discipline on the highways".
This section did not in anyway say they should mount stop, ask and search on state's roads.
It will be in our collective best interest as an enlighthened nation to start res.pecting our laws and walk within its ambit.
NB Please try google the frsc act 2007, I couldn't attached my downloaded copy because of the file size restriction. Written by Abirhire Ufuomaoghenenefe |

Politics › Zamfara Killings: The Case Of Blasphemy Was False. Gov Yari by dgr8truth(op): 10:31pm On Aug 24, 2016 |
Olalekan Adetayo, Abuja
The Zamfara State Governor, Abdulaziz Yari, on Wednesday provided horrid details of the events leading to the killing of eight persons in the state.
He said his government would not take lightly the killing, which happened in Talata-Mafara community on Monday.
Yari spoke with State House correspondents shortly after he and his Borno State counterpart, Kashim Shettima, met with President Muhammadu Buhari at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.
Eight people were killed on Monday when a mob set the house of a man ablaze for rescuing an undergraduate that was accused of blasphemy.
He said the incident happened in his hometown.
He said, “The government will not take the issue of people taking the laws into their own hands lightly.
“You cannot say that whoever abused the Prophet should be killed when there is a government in place.
“There are laws and there are courts where Islamic laws are practised in Zamfara. So, why should someone take laws into his hands? Definitely, all the culprits will be brought to book.”
He said although there was no arrest as of the time he left the state, policemen and officials of the Department of State Services were working hard to apprehend the culprits.
The governor said the accusation of blasphemy levelled against the victim was false.
According to him, the intelligence reports available to him showed that it was a case of a fight between two students, which later led to false alarm.
He said, “Intelligence reports from the security agencies indicated that there was a fight between two students, during which one said the other abused Prophet Muhammed.
“Students beat up the other boy, said to be a Yoruba from Kogi State. His religion was, however, in contention.
“They beat him until he collapsed and they thought he was dead. Then security personnel requested help from a shop owner who took him to the hospital in his car.
“When the students heard that the victim was still alive, they went to the hospital, but soldiers intervened. I don’t know if he is alive or dead.
“Then the students returned to the polytechnic and burnt the shop of the man who helped the victim. Unfortunately, the police in the division didn’t have enough men to contain the riot.
“Before reinforcement came, the crowd also burned down the man’s house. Everyone in the house was killed, all of them Muslims, despite the rumour in the social media that Christians were being killed in Zamfara.
“In fact, the mob wanted to go and burn churches and attack non-Muslims, but the security forces stopped them. It is my home town, where I also live.” http://punchng.com/wont-take-zamfara-killings-lightly-gov-yari/
