When PGEJ established 6 new federal universities, APC propaganda machines and their e-rats went to town discrediting the government, calling the universities glorified secondary school. Now that it is their chief zombie Who wants to establish 6 more new universities, I wonder if they will be man enough to discredit their chief zombie and call the universities glorified primary school.

What nature has taught me thus far from this government is that I should be careful of what I say today for it might be used against me tomorrow.

Judging from the fact that the APC 2016 budget with is about #6.6trillion, 30% allocated to Capital expenditure in my candid view is laudable. The previous Administration which experienced boom in oil market had budget of #4.695trillion, #4.962trillion, and 4.358trillion in 2013, 2014, and 2015 respectively. Capital expenditure for years is #1.119trillion (20%), #1.59trillion (24%), and 387.15 billion respectively. The first question you should ask how come APC was able to increase the total budget to by about #2trillion despite the state of world oil market. It is a matter of time, Nigerians will know that true change is here.

The balance that is now being sort for, that total about 2trillion naira, is it for capital expenditure? I'm confident You know the answer.

Whether they reveal 39 priority projects or 1 priority project, the truth is that we are only spending less than 30% of our 2016 budget on infrastructure out of a total of about 6 trillion naira. This is not good enough, this is what was obtainable during the era of PGEJ hence nigerians voted for change we expected such to reflect in the budget but sadly it did not and ended up as the budget of yam.

What budget are u talking about? The padded budget that does reflect sufficient developmental programs.

As a food for thought, budget when sign becomes a law enforceable by the executive plus they also have the constitutional right to submit supplementary budget. So is not an excuse that the 2015 budget is not a reflection of APC denied programs.
