The laws in book are flaunted as in the case of the bullion van driving on the wrong side of the road with impunity yet you want additional laws.

Yes there should be additional laws as bullion vans do not constitute a major percentage of road accidents in the country.If the laws are there,people might break it but not all the time and hopefully the amount of people who break these laws will keep dropping.Sanity has to be restored in this country.
