Travel measures (e.g. masking, testing, isolation/quarantine, and vaccination) should be based on risk assessments and avoid placing the financial burden on international travellers in accordance with Article 40 of the IHR.

7. EXTENDED: Do NOT require proof of vaccination against COVID-19 for international travel as the only pathway or condition permitting international travel given limited global access and inequitable distribution of COVID-19 vaccines. State Parties should consider a risk-based approach to the facilitation of international travel by lifting or modifying measures, such as testing and/or quarantine requirements, when appropriate, in accordance with the WHO guidance.

This is a very good precedence and I believe Nigeria should follow suit and enact laws that will forbid public figures from displaying certain forms of characters, attitudes and modes of life. How hard is it to grasp this things! Abortion will never be illegal and yet you talk about back alley abortions. Let me try and make it easy for you to understand. If not for science a foetus or embryo will not survive without the woman carrying it so how can it be a human being when it cannot survive on its own.The charges of double homicide depend on the laws of the country it may or may not apply.Do you carry out census on the foetus,apply for scholarships or benefits for children on a foetus/embryo if your answer is no then you have no point.
My logical/scientific claim comes from research which I will advice you do,a foetus is not a human being and abortion where it is legal cannot be murder.Abortion is a choice and not a must.The topic of this thread is Texas which is in the united states where the supreme court in the case of Roe v Wade made abortion legal in the United States and it is a judicial precedent which must be followed.

It's obvious the vaccinated are causing an increase in infection because I don't understand why it's higher now that there's a vaccine for it.

Let those who want to take it go ahead and those who don't should be allowed to stay without it. The vaccine does not stop you from getting covid, it's only said to reduce the symptoms. Those who have taken it can also spread it just as much if not more than those who have not taken it(it's all public knowledge, read people). In the USA last year when there was no vaccine and now when there is a vaccine and more than 60 percent already vaccinated they still have relatively the same infection rates(public knowledge once again) Isreal is about to enforce the 4th booster shot and with the way things are going there will be a 5th,6th,7th until God knows when.
