I thought you wanted to opt for Med Lab Science...with ur romance with Dentistry,does it now mean you're considering switching to BDS?

What's worrisome is that schools may not write post UTME this year due to the pandemic,meaning they may resort to online screening. I had 300 in UTME,O-level average grades. The thing is,which university can I switch to guarantee MBBS provided screening holds?

UI don't give a damn about Jamb's orders. Commencement of admission process by August 21 is for other institutions (lol). Expect UNILAG, OAU, UI post UTME form earliest by October/November.

The calendar is scattered already. Expect the unexpected!!! Either this year's Jamb or next year's will be canceled to fix things up.

Although his story is sort of incredible. I wouldn't lie,I couldn't help but laugh at the seemingly cock and bull story. However,the church of Satan exists in Nigeria. Some months back,some group of people destroyed the structures there and the priest was arrested.

Hi, currently in Nigeria you only require a degree in Dental Surgery (BDS/BChD) to be able to enter residency(NPMCN or WACS or both) in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.

* NPMCN: National Postgraduate Medical College of Nigeria grants the FMCDS,

* WACS: West African College of Surgeons grants the FWACS

However, striving towards double qualifications does no harm, as this is fast becoming the standard.

In the UK, Oral Surgeons are ≠ Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Hence, one requires only a Dental Degree to become an Oral Surgeon in the UK while one requires dual qualifications to become an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

Alright but does a fresh dental graduate get dual degrees to become an OMF??

A degree is required for Direct entry...You can only transfer..I don't know how it works in Ilorin but you can always transfer from one program to another...You must have completed your Pharmacy program before D.E.

So does that imply one has to finish with Pharm and crossing to MBBS? would one be in 200L? Sorry if my questions are too much. lastly,would the degree be "retracted" after doing so?
