I got d job through one of those recruiting agencies and i think its eagle search and rescue foundation. Av already done d intervw wit d firm but i jst wanna knw abt how they operate so as to decide whether to take d job or reject it if its nothing different from insurance marketing.

I just want to know, pls wat is working with u people like? Do u operate like other insurance companies? Expecting ur employees to go out and be looking for customers? Secondly, do u pay salaries or its commission based just like other insurance? Tnx in anticipation.
