One thing i do know very well is that, if you code your layout and stuffs with proper CSS 2.1
Most of the time, you will not have cross-browser compatibility issues.  Then as for the case of padding and margin, it is better to play safe.

Rather than say
[div style="width:600px;padding:10px;"]

I will say:

[div style="width:600px;;"]

[div style="padding:10px;"]


The second one that uses div twice will scale through all the browsers without hitches. The first one will have different widths in different browsers - contact me if you dont know how that happens.

These days, i do play-safe css, and i test it in all the browsers i have on my system if necessary.

I have been able to do more fixes, and upload some of my former site contents into it. It is looking better now and not so empty again.
I can now start real blogging finally. Advises are welcomed - about blogging itself - or about drupal blogging.

I dont usually do blog sites - more used to different kinds of mind-bending scripts. Still feeling a bit green here.

That ckeditor thing caused me a lot of trouble too. Although in the end i created a Tinymce plugin - and preferred that.

If the OP can respond properly in spanish to all i have said - then i will know that she is really of spanish origin.
You may use google translator to read what i have said, but if you are not trained in spanish, you can never
respond properly in a convincing way. BTW, i can differentiate written spanish - written offhand from that written
by someone that learnt spanish as an alternative language(like me), and a true nativo espanola.

The english-writing style of the poster does not really look like the way espanol nativos construct their ingles at all!

There is pm on NL. Just that it is very limited in use. Used by admin to warn moderators. . or admin/moderator to civillians like us.
