The service network MTN is now fraud especially when it comes their data. I say this because of how MTN has deducted money from my account severally without the service which I asked for being rendered to me. I don't usually subscribe on my MTN line because of the high cost of their data compared to other networks. But when I heard about N25 unlimited data (night) plan on the T.V. I was excited and decided to try it. That night i subscribed and it worked perfectly. The next day I told 2 of my brothers and they subscribed. The next morning both of them complained that they weren't able to connect to the internet. I thought the problem was coming from the lines since it has worked for me before. I decided to try it again and i had the same problem they had.

Two days ago, my glo line was having network problems so I decided to subscribe MTN N100 for 30mb for a quick stuff on net. Immediately I subscribed, network was ceased from my phone. I was like "whaaaaaat??". And that was how it ended. I wasn't able to use the data.

I don't know what MTN gains from treating their customers in such a cruel manner. I don't if it is done on purpose or not. I have decided to lay my complaint here. I hope an MTN official would get to read this. There also complaints from my friends here on nairaland. I hope this gets to front page.
