I would like to seek your advice. I'm presently working at a farm company where I hold the post of Assistant Manager. Forget the position I hold oo cause the salary is less than 60k.
Due to the harsh economy, we are currently facing, the CEO said he does not have the power to pay our salary again and that we should find a way to generate income to pay our salary.
It won't be hard for my team to generate income to pay salary but we would have problems with the CEO cause he's the kind of person that loves taking over any money we make from the farm

They are still going to work in the same unit. Unless the PO or one of the APOs did not turn up. I worked as an APO during the 2015 election. And we were retained at our units. Do you think they have the time to be reshuffling again? The worst scenario is to fix another person in, if one of your team member did not turn up or you can be asked to join another team if you are the only one in your team.

At my LGA (Agege, Lagos) adhoc staffs did not even turn up at all. They were even looking for people to fill the vacant places.

I also think same thing for here. Those inec staff are so lazy to reshuffle
