Please GAZZUZZ oga what could be causing loss of acceleration in a 2008 civic.. Especially when i turn on the AC, it responds slowly from rest and doesn't accelerate fast as it used to but it picks up a little better when AC is turned off but still not up to the way it used to be earlier some months back. I noticed poor fuel economic recently too.. NO check engine light and still shifts correctly at the appropriate RPM.
Case Scenario
I used to get to 70km/h from rest in barely a 5sec before but these days it can take like twice that even commercial buses and taxis accelerate faster

a new transmission oil would have saved you from this expenses,. And make sure you guage your transmission oil yourself cos kazeems Don't really understand how to guage it, that oil expands alot when it's hot

Generally l bmw are expensive to maintain and there parts are expensive.

They require specialists hence repair fee are high
They don't age well.

Would advise you to stay clear of it as a first car.

Look for something sporty in the Toyota or Honda line up. You would be fine.
