Hi Everyone, so I’m expecting my partner and kids soon, a family member will accompany me to the airport with his car. Now ,do I need to buy car seats for them? Just for this purpose? I don’t have a car so after being picked from the airport, on subsequent days we’ll be using public transport. Children are 4 and 2 years old.

BRP is collected either 10days after arriving or before the vigenette expires whichever comes first not in advance.
They need to touch down with the visa vigenette they have

Plus you have to be nominated to do so,here's a link to request for that when it is time

So my partner’s application shows ihs as zero usd. And it has issued ihs number (even with zero usd.) and they haven’t sent any email. I haven’t paid the visa fee yet
1. Can I start a fresh application?
2. Will this cause a clash if he’s issued a new ihs number with the same names?

1. That should be fine, he can renew it when he gets to the UK
2. It may be requested so have it ready just incase but for his application he should submit his own. Yes it can be naira

3. Pictures ,chats,emails ,bills , investments, holidays etc as it applies to you randomly selected over the span of your relationship and marriage

Hello @Dduchess90 and everyone. Please I have a few questions.
1.My husband will have a less than 6months validity during visa application. Will this be a problem?(he is unable to renew his passport at this time)
2. He’ll be using his account for POF. Since I’ll already be in the Uk during his application(for at least a month), do I need to add mine as well? (Because of recycled funds) ,and can it be a naira account? .
3. Is there any other document I should add apart from the usual(brp, marriage certificate) .

transfered to vac: 7th September
Collection mail/brp mail: 8th September

Please has anyone who did biometrics(priority) at TLS Ikeja on the 29th of August collected their passports? My application is still at DMC till now!! I don’t even know what to think..the anxiety is over the roof. Others that did after me have collected their passports with vignette

Has anyone that did (priority) biometrics TLS ikeja Aug.29th gotten a mail? Abi am I running faster than my shadow? Lol

Hello @duchess90. Asking for a friend. She mistakenly left out her affidavit of change of name, but uploaded her marriage certificate and newspaper publication. She’s scared that it may affect the outcome of her application. Please Advise

What Tls? If it’s ikeja, check now! There are earlier dates. Please avoid picking dates with 15 on the time. What 31 day window? Is it for POF?

Anyone looking for space at tls ikeja should check NOW!!! There are lots of spaces for 29th aug and 30th august. Please don’t pick any date for super priority oh!!! Go now!!!

I know this. I was actually asking for what to do on the day of the biometrics at the Tlscontact VAC apart from printing the confirmation ( basically how do we let them know we’ve paid for priority?)

One more thing, After paying priority , when we get to the VAC, is there any special thing to be done?

hello @duchess90, please guide. i've had a joint account with my mom since i was a child, money has been saved in that account for years (its either to sign)and we hardly remove from it, i'm worried that there'll be no transaction history for the next 28days to use for POF .although the money in there is more than enough for myself and my children(dependents). will this be a problem?
