hi nairaland, pls i just tot maybe someone could help me. i had this friend a couple of years ago, his name is micheal preboye, and then he used to leave in 40 llamoye street, surulere lagos. we lost contact in 2001, but i was told he sent a note to my aunty 's house (but am no longer with my anut now) saying he need to reach me. though he left an email address but i have tried a million times to send a mail to him but i keep having failure deliveries. the last time i heard i was told he will be travelling out of the country soonest (but i wonder if he has gone or not). i wonder if anyone could be of help, i know the possiblities of finding him again is slim, but at least there is a possiblity, and i pray anyone who has an idea could help me.

why is everyone talking about the nagative aspect of what she has done. lets face it most of us (especially nigerians) have done worse. there are times we even concieve these tots in hearts, but out of fear that people will get to find out we just keep wishing!. well my dear sister, what u have done was only an adventure cos sometimes its good u try out some crazy things, it can really be fun. and about the danger in it, cos sometimes things happen even when u try ur best to avoid them, they still happen. so live ur life but just remember to pray. take care.

there is this general view that it normal for a guy to spend and treat a lady nice. In some cases, the other way round is the case. apart from the so called "sugar mummy" or "sugar daddy" thing, to what extent can a lady assist her man?

well i will say having a break could lead to two different things.
either he gets to appricate u more cos he is gonna miss u and u too in return, and when u guys make up again it really could be intresting.

i have been working for a couple of yrs now and have had to work under different sexes. anytime anyday i would prefer a male boss cos they re easier to deal with and could be very understanding especially when u re going through a personal problems. but not so for a female boss cos anytime a woman get a chance to be to in control it always gives her a kind of pride that i find difficult to understand sometimes. men bosses could be strict sometimes but i am more comfortable working under a man.

hi trae, i really dont see anything wrong with a guy having plenty of girlfriends as far as he can control it. quite stressful though but it takes a lot of maturity and must reduce the rate of sex involved cos women could get too emotional when it comes to sex.

i really appriciate your reponses towards this issue. i think i will just let him go and then try and get hold of my life. if he truly loves me he will come back but if he and his ex were meant to be then i dont think i would want to come in between them. its possible he used me to get over her when they brooke up, but now that its not working then i should just let them be.

i have tried all the communication i can but he keeps saying, breaking up after 5 years is not easy to let go. there was even a time he with her till late, then he passed the nite at her place. but someone told me i should not get too worked up that he will get over her when the time comes,
