2. Whether you like it or not ( I don't) we have to accept the fact that King is also on the verge not being able to play. Listen , we can't keep changing our defensive partnership!! Unbelievably we have ONLY played the same defenders TWICE this season!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thats a bad statistic!!

Good teams always retain the same defenders and the best partnership we have is King/Dawson, But we thank the stars, Kaboul has been outstanding in central defense as well as right back, think he will be okay with Gallas, Bassong has the worst record.

I agree with the theory of Caulker, Walker and even Naughton, but did u watch the Carling Cup match against Arsenal Our youngsters played like foreigners!!!!!! I guess its due to the pressures of the Champions League and our 4th placed finish last term that warrants more better performances and move that extra step forward. You won't want to experiment with youngsters and when u did the team imploded! Don't blame Harry for loaning them out.

Dawson, King, Corluka, Woodgate, Kaboul, Gallas even Hutton & Assou-Ekotto have all been injured at some point (sometimes 3-4 at the same time) or the other and missed matches, well that's not a good statistic considering they're all defenders!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally Bongani Khumalo is only just coming from South Africa, he may settle fast or may struggle, you never know, Its not a guarantee!!

Don't get your hopes too high Man City Vieira the score line may not reflect the true picture of your team.

Sandro is fast and passes better than Palacios.

Palacios also tackles too hard and gets Cards easily.

WHAT IS THIS ARGUMENT ABOUT BALE

Look Gareth Bale is a left back and a left sided midfielder.

When Benoit is not playing, ill or injured, Bale plays Left Back.

When Benoit is in the team, Bale plays Left Midfield.

Breathtaking!!!!, with 3 goals down and no more tension I had a good look at the players and their play and when the 4th came I was like oh well, thats that!

I kept on shouting at my TV that the wingers (Bale&Lennon) should run the guys on either flank, then they started in the 2nd half.

Lennon did not do as much as cut in when he had chances, he rather crossed most times except the 3rd goal (this Theo does well for Arsenal, but he lacks the crosses)

At WHL it will be different, Zanetti, Chivu etc CANNOT handle the spead of the Premier League Players! Thats the key, Poor Gomes won't play again but Cudicini did decently.

The defence is pathetic though without Dawson/King or Woodgate, we need 2 central defenders in January to finally replace the crocked duo of Woody and King! Harry should just give up on them finally and move on no matter how hard it is.

We can't keep changing our defence line always,

All in all, a gusty display, But one thing: We have gained the strength to do the fight back (which we never had), but we still have not learnt how to calm down for the first 10-15 minutes.

I think we should have played a real 4-5-1 or even a 5-4-1 for the initial stages to clam down properly. Inter have the pedigree we don't have yet and we needed stability for the first few minutes which we didn't have.

All in all good show! Proud of the gusty display lads!!!!
