I am not excusing anybody. Sancho scored a vital goal against Spurs and he said he is working on his shooting skills. Maresca is also working on Madueke's attitude to the game of which we may see improvement.

Which position is of higher importance when we have numerous wingers in the team but only 1 below average striker and a juvenile as CFs?.
You’re still making excuses for these bums. Do you realise how you sound when you say a £250k per week attacker is learning how to shoot? Bro, that’s an unacceptable excuse. I don’t even want to address Lil Baby and Ben Johnson. Seriously, why are you comfortable making excuses for non-performing forwards? I’m really surprised, sha.

If you can create all these excuses for our bums, why is Jackson’s case different? At least he’s improved from last season and shows he gets frustrated when he fails to score in a match. But your bums never seem concerned. Why should they be, anyway, when there are no expectations from you?

We need someone that can hit the ball well close to the goal, the coach can check Neto.

It's a terrible situation that we should fix this January if we are not to fall off. If it's assists our wingers want to be making, then we should get a reliable striker to convert the chances. Palmer will get the numbers to compliment the striker's.
I find it absolutely shocking that you’re willing to excuse our £250k-per-week bum along with his cohorts. Salah has goals and assists. Saka has goals and assists. Diaz has goals and assists, but our guys should just provide assists; they all should be contributing both goals and assists. What have all the wingers shown us so far that would make us rely on them just for assists? It’s not like these current bums we parade as wingers can even hit double digits in assists anyway.

I'm not watching but is Diaz not the one topping for Liverpool? May be Maresca should convert one of our wingers and bench Jackson like Slot did to that wasteful Nunez.
Name the winger you think can lead the line. Salah just scored now. But we have Lil baby, Ben Johnson and Sterlings younger brother robbing us blind with midget figures.

before I go further with you , you need to apologise for bringing up wrong stats on my 10-20m initial figure without even caring to ask or know how I got it...

If this is how you train or mentor your younger ones, then you definitely is a proof that fools grow old too

Mr take action and ask questions later
I don’t owe you sh1t, not even an apology. The mere effrontery to demand an apology after throwing insults my way shows you think the world owes you something. Newsflash: the world does not owe you sh1t, and I certainly don’t owe you an apology.

As for how I train or mentor those around me, I use the carrot and stick approach. Let’s take this back-and-forth we’re having as an example: When people trivialise a discourse/generalise things they can’t back up, and they’ve clearly been shown a different opinion and thought process backed with evidence, yet they continue to argue from their emotional, myopic standpoint, which lacks any evidence or proven data, trust me, calling them stupid would be a nice way of saying they’re dumb.

By the way, I grew up in an era where if you chat sh1t constantly without any evidence to back yourself up in the presence of your elders, you’d get a proper knock on your head for being stupid.

You’re lucky you’re not around me right now… your head would’ve been swollen from the numerous knocks!

Dey here Dey ask for apology. If I e-konk your head this afternoon….you go apologise to me instead for wasting my time trying to educate you.

Bro, I don't understand what you're on about, but let’s clarify a few things.

First off, I don’t understand why you’re twisting the facts and misrepresenting the numbers. Just to set the record straight, I stated that 90% of Nigerians will never see N160 million, whether it’s taxed or untaxed, before they leave this earth. It feels as though you’re arguing against a point that isn’t even being made.
Also, it seems to me that you’re not recognising the reality that most people in this country are facing today. There’s a statistic indicating that 73 million out of over 230 million in the population are employed. That’s less than half of the population—let that sink in! Out of those 73 million, we have petty traders, small-time farmers, artisans, labourers, and self-employed individuals, among others.

Let’s assume we set the minimum wage at N200,000 across the board. If you consider that most of these individuals didn’t start earning until their mid-20s—especially for graduates in white-collar jobs—it presents a different story.
If you project their earning power over the course of 40 years of active employment—keeping in mind that Nigerians often retire around 60 years old—along with any substantial wage increases they might receive due to promotions or length of service, how much do you really think will pass through their hands?

You mentioned metropolitan cities, but let’s be honest: Lagos is the primary place where people come to hustle. Yes, there are opportunities elsewhere, but when we look outside Lagos to other states, aside from government jobs and banking, many are self-employed as petty traders, labourers, and small-time farmers. What else is out there for those millions of Nigerians to earn from?
So, where do you think most of these individuals will ever come across N160 million in their lifetime
?

Take a step back from your emotions on this. It's Sunday; it’s not too late to conduct a survey. Why not visit a local church and gather some insights into the actual living conditions of Nigerians around you?

Good luck!
seankafor:
see where the problem is, you guys keeps pointing out people in village and rural who are in their large numbers ..yes

The Koko be say, the ones in the urban areas who are quite well to do, you mean say them no reach 10-20m in an almost 200m population..

Nothing wey Una go talk wey go make me believe this Una thrash talk
Hey, I already addressed this issue in the post you quoted, but it seems you didn’t catch that part.

If you don’t mind me asking, aside from Lagos State, can you mention 7 other states in Nigeria that match the dynamics of Lagos?

you re an embecile who is high on his own ignorance

The 10-20m I mentioned was minused from the 90% you guys said won't see $100k for their lifetime.. so it's literally around 10% or thereabouts..

It's fools like you who think school is a yardstick for excellence..who re still stuck in the decadent manual and archaic mode of education..

I got internet bítch, you can go to hell with your paper made certificate
Point of correction, I don’t believe that school is the only yardstick for anyone to be successful in life. However, it does help in many ways.

I apologise if I hit a nerve, bro. I’m not interested in throwing insults around, especially not with you.

Now, back to the discourse at hand.

Earlier, you mentioned that you live in an area with high-rise buildings. What does that really mean? Omo… your case must be a special kind of stupid, sha.

Just because you’ve always lived a fast life, enjoyed quick money, and probably saved a bit doesn’t mean your reality is the same as the millions of people in this country, like those living in remote villages and all that.

If I begin to ask you personal questions about your environment, would you be happy to answer? That way, I can break down and analyse the millionaires in your area.

this is confidential gibberish..

Saying at most 10-20m Nigerians won't see 160m in their lifetime is just utter gibberish
You sure say you finish Uni like this so? If you no finish Uni, I suggest you try go complete your degree even if you no need the cert for anything…… e get why.

90% of Nigerians is over 200 million people, not just 10-20 million.

If you can’t do simple maths, how can you calculate or extrapolate how many people will actually see that N160 million in their lifetime?

Go to the villages. You go see person wey him net worth na 50k. No light for house, no TV or Fan, use firewood to cook, just have pots and plates, small Nokia torch phone, and his Cutlass and hoes.

How this one wan see 1 million in 10 years?
Exactly! People are actually detached from the reality that millions of others are facing around them.
Just recently, I took one of my nieces to visit a family member somewhere in Mowe. She couldn’t believe that such a place exists in Nigeria, let alone in Lagos. As a matter of fact, when she saw goats running around freely on the streets and children playing shirtless and barefoot, she was astonished. This is someone in her 20s now. She’s earning good money and has travelled across the world as a child and now as an adult. But you could clearly see the surprise on her face.
