Naija! See people o! all they read was the N10million and nothing else! the poster wants you to share ideas of what can be done with the money not give it to you ![]() |
Good morning folks, another day to make a deal happen ![]() |
@ all. thanks for the offers. price is firm at 470k. first to show up gets a low cost reliable and servicable truck. Still available. inspect/test drive |
walter int:Oga walter the engine is in great shape, even inexperienced me drove the truck with ease! also the panel beating has been done already(owner is just starting a farm and was considering using it there before the need for cash came up) all thats left to do is paint! This is a brief history of the truck: - Bought tokunbo 2006 (LHD not converted!) - Used for new rental startup biz - Changed Engine to tokunbo petrol engine (urvan type - cause of its ruggedness, serviceability and cheap parts ) also changed the back carriage to a steel floor and put in side-rails which have been removed in the pictures shown- Biz went bust in 2008 due to low patronage - trucks been parked since until the recent decision to dispose of it But the fact is seeing (inspection) is believing so give me a call and come check it out. |
magmacyril:I can arrange to have it driven to lagos, thats not a problem. However the price is 470k and if you are really interested you would still have to arrange to come and inspect it. Thanks |
still here |

rugged work horse! ![]() |
A Nissan cabster truck is up for sale, it was previously used for a rental business thats no longer active, the truck was left parked for a while so requires some body work and paint (panel beating has already been done). The engine is in great standard shape (has never been ringed, or worked on) , it a Nissan urvan bus engine (1900) cheap parts and rugged as hell! ![]() All in all this truck is ready to get to work and is a great bargain for the lucky buyer! Pls no flashing, call me back e.t.c

Out chasing startups with money to spend . Sorry i just couldnt resist ![]() How about some more details? like location and likely time and duration of engagement. That might encourage folks. As for me am not a consultant but a serial entrepreneur with street skills ![]() |
Sorry it just the basic cabster with an nissan urvan 1900 engine. It currently having a slight bodywork done to fix the rust damage from it being parked for a while, once done i will post some reference pics |
Do you still require the used cabster truck? I fur in ibadan 2 are available. The first one is diesel and u can view it at this link : http://ibadandeals.com/classified-ads/ads/view/114 The other one is a petrol engine used by a rental service gone bust, it was parked on the spot for a while and hence requires a panel beating work on the underside which is currently being done. Engine is i great shape when work completed next week it will be up for 550k. If ur intrested |
@dsunmade how long have u had the inverter? IF Its not the old type i'll offer u 10k for it |
@poster i think you're giving very unsound financial advice. Why would you want to save money at the risk of having its value eroded by galloping inflation? Wouldn't it be more sensible to invest it or tie it up in non volatile assets? |
@house37 you can get a 1kva inverter for 20k, so inverters are cheap, the main expense is the deep cycle batteries which u use to power them. An average 100Amps/h battery goes for 30k while the 200Ah goes for 60k. If youre based in ibadan i do retail and support. |
How come the amendment proposed to direct the efcc to investigate and prosecute those who perpetrated the supposed fraud through fuel subsidies policy failed? ![]() That says a lot about these so called lawmakers! |
^ i know we are all pissed at the current situation but lets not allow that to get the better of our judgement . i think the Governor should be commended for the move, he didn't have to do it, after all is fellow commarades in other states are just chilling out awaiting the first payout from the Federal Account. |
Pls someone convince me that the President of a Nation cant be as daft as the tweets i read on that handle!!!The first lady gave me '24: The Complete Series [55 Discs] [DVD]' starring Jack Bauer as a Christmas gift. Boko Haram will be history soon. This has got to be a joke right ![]() |
Demdem: - Yes o. Thats the beauty of buying a car for its efficiency and economy! The whole trip cost me around 1.5L, N210Back to the issue. Update: It would seem the Student Union Government of UI is at the forefront of the protest (my kudos to them). They just passed by agbowo right now with 5 security patrol teams on there tail. Hoping organised labour can get there acts together. NURTW has effectively been divided and subdued to be able to be effective in this issue |
I've been across ibadan this morning Challenge-bashorun-bodija-sango-ui-ojo and i can categorically state ibadan is calm and everyone is going about there business. The few "swag protester" that were pictured above i heard on the news were easily dispersed with tear gas by the police. We need the labour unions to kickstart a massive protest that will get noticed. A good one would be getting tankers to strategically park starting under the bridge from toll gate at the ibadan end and also the flyover into challenge. With that kind of obstruction you can cause some massive gridlock within ibadan and traffic passing into the interland of the nation. But alas even organized labour seems to be lacking leadership ![]() |
i guess this poster just woke up from eating too much xmas rice! Award ko , deward ni. Nonsense! A lot of folks really think that the status quo will continue, instead of calling a spade a spade its to join them so u can get your share. But beware, o jo nbo ni Oluwa wi (The Day is coming says the Lord); when vengeance shall have the floor. |
These are a few considerations that come to mind: 1. He has 500k left what kind of car does he expect to purchase from cotonou at that price ? Customs duty has to be paid also have enough left for registration and hackney paperwork?2. As much as bootstrapping a business is possible you will still need some form of contingency funds no matter how small for emergencies. A small hiccup in cashflow can wipe out a new business 3.Transportation is a high risk business as there a lot of variables that cant be factored and provided for, so the question is are you willing to take the bet with your last set of funds? Sorry Nigeria takes getting used to, adaptability and persistent determination is the key here. Wishing your friend all the best |
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to a real PRESIDENT i wish we had. To me you are a PATRIOT |
Did u bother to read the joomla security docs at all? |
Joagbaje:Before you start praying for the wrong thing please pick up your Bible and read - Revelation, Daniel, Ezekiel If you like pray till eternity comes Gods words shall not fail. What you should be praying for is that the elect be saved from the coming destruction! We so called Christians are so carried away with the world and its way that a lot of people have come to think of it as home. Well its time to wake up! this is not your home if your a believer and surely the earth shall be destroyed- how that happens i really dont care and wont be bothered by such (Gods people shall be raptured before the event - so if ur not saved this is a good time to turn around you might not get another chance!), there shall be a new Jerusalem and a new earth! where the Lord shall be our light! |
