Coolsat: A responsible man will exclude his children from this rubbish, by tomorrow nobody should blame the kids if they take side with their mum. Sometimes it's not all about poisoning the heart of the kids towards the man by the woman, it's about the action of the father towards his kids.
Couple should learn to protect the kids out of their mess. So you are okay with him treating the mother of his kids like trash? You are no different from him. |

StOla: It is to prevent such liabilities and accusations that schools are not responsible for a student's Healthcare beyond first aid.
Many schools besides government schools would never try what you experienced, in a world of lawsuits and criminal culpabilities.
Treat your child as you see fit.
And that is what transpired with the parents that took their child to the church for treatment, because that is what they saw fit.
As for the claims of what led to the boy's sickness which the parents have claimed it was injury inflicted by bullies, do they have any evidence to support their claim?
Nobody takes joy in the death of a child, anyone in the parents' shoes would understand their grief and their inability to see things outside of their own perspective. I am not in their shoes yet I understand their grief as you should too. The boy was at a Boarding Facility and there are different levels of medical attention needed at a Boarding School. You cant tell me the school is not responsible for a child's health care beyond First Aid. If a child needs more than First Aid to survive the school should get into action by ensuring that the right medical care is administered in order to keep the child alive. So if for instance, a child falls off a Two Storey building or gets electrocuted the school should only administer First Aid and watch the child die? Are you thinking right at all? Would you want anyone to watch your own child die when they have the ability to do otherwise? In Sylvester's case he needed more than First Aid, he was a Boarding School Student under their care. It was their responsibility to ensure that they exhausted all available options to keep him alive. What do you mean by just First Aid? There is also Electronic Evidence from Sylvester where he narrated how he was bullied by some Senior Students and forced to drink a substance. How about that? |

StOla: The school was still in session when his family was asked to fetch him to give him proper care beyond 1st aid that a school is meant to give.
The school is not a hospital, and at most will have a sick bay.
The family is responsible for health care delivery to their child, not a school that only provides 1st aid in a sick bay.
So the school did right, but did the parents do right by taking their sick child to church before later rushing him to a hospital? Who says a school is not responsible for health care? Whilst I was in Boarding School and I frequency fell I'll, my school was responsible for my care and took me to a Government hospital when they couldn't handle the situation and I was fine. Sylvester's parents live far away in Delta State. So are you saying it is right for any school to watch a child die when he could easily have benn taken to a good hospital within the Metropolis? Would you say same if the boy in question was your son? Bone of contention is, what led to the boys illness, infection and death? Was he bullied or not? If he was, did the School exercise any duty of care, was the school negligent? Is there evidence to support same? Did the boy give his own testimony before he died or not? |

StOla: We reject scientific evidence and hold on to hearsay in this part of the world.
I sympathise with the family, but their claims were always outlandish at best, while also failing in their own duties to give the boy the prompt medical care he required after he returned from the school. And what prompt medical care did the School (responsible for his welfare whilst school was on) give him before he left for his home? |

Funny how quick it is for you to show the child's state. Why are you not quick to show proof of how much exactly is sent monthly for the child's upkeep considering the current state of the economy. Courts usually rely on archaic provisions of the law therefore the amount being paid may not be in tandem with the current state of the economy. You cant expect a Five Star treatment when you are sending a One Star monthly stipend. Bring her on this platform let us hear her own side of the story first. We can't judge based on only your own story. Also you need to show us proof of the said STI just as you showed us proof of the child's condition. |

CommonSense1967: Omo ale ni baba n la baba e. Ode, ole, atole, amukun meko. Shallow, zero IQ cretins like this fool here is one of the reasons why Nigeria is backward. You are so shallow that you cannot see beyond your nose. You are either brainwashed or just born with a very low reasoning capacity. Anyone with an ounce of common sense and not influenced by tribal or other factors will automatically see the benefits of such projects. It's so easy and glaring to see that you have to be one of the dumbest fools not to comprehend the potential economic gains of such a project.
Let me educate you a little bit. Here in the US, we have many problems such as homelessness, crimes, people needing food stamps to eat, and many other problems. Does that stop the US govt from investing in new weapons, new capital projects, give out aid to other countries? No, it does not because while trying to solve those problems, you still have to invest in opportunities that will bring greater rewards in the future. The problem is that olodo monkeys like you are too dumb to reason outside of your closed narrative. For your empty skull, countries borrow money to build such projects for many reasons. first, it is a trusted and tried method of jumpstarting a slow economy because once you pour money into such a project, it will act as a catalyst to propel the economy via multiplying effects. Secondly, this project will open up so many areas that are now lying wasted such as untouched beaches in other areas apart from Lagos that are not even being used right now. It will bring in investments into those areas such world world-class hotels, restaurants, and manufacturing due to easy access to transportation, and many more. The problem with losers like you is that you have been brainwashed and blinded by other factors hence you are incapable of seeing the benefits even if they landed on your nose. I'm sure that you are either Igbo who understands Yoruba very well (I know some born in Lagos) or one of those "Yoruba but" blind omo ales. If this project had been proposed by Obi, losers like you would be calling it the brightest thing thought of since sliced bread.
I just wasted my precious time responding to this fool who more than likely can't even comprehend half of what i have written here.

CommonSense1967: A 2-year-old baby has a higher IQ than your village drunkard idiotic father and mother at the Aba baby factory where you came from. Ode, ole. The project will be completed then you will stop crying and wailing. When Buhari started the 2nd Niger bridge, were all potholes fixed before he started? When your Agulu warlord invested 30 million dollars of Anambra money into Hero Beer, were all roads in Anambra already fixed, was all the schools fixed? Wasn't erosion still a major problem? Your problem is that the project will have Tinubu's name stamped on it for life, it will also connect the SS to the SW while excluding your evil jungle. You go wail and cry tire. Your cacophony is irrelevant and inconsequential in the scheme of things. Kontinu. Didirin. So I am automatically Ibo because I am against your BARAWO leader. Now because Obi and Buhari did not fix the roads every President should brainlessly follow suit even if fixing those roads will be to the betterment of the citizens and the Country's economy? You are daft and I won't waste time with an empty head and OLE AJIBOLE like you. I ask again will the Project be completed with your father's money? Oloribu omo. |
