You should have asked for Wole Soyinka and Chinua Achebe's P.hds .You dont need a P.hd to become a Professor. What you need is published journals or inventions unmatched. The reason you have many P.hd holders not becoming professors while there are many Professors without P.hd e.g Albert Einstein,Wole Soyinka,Chinua Achebe etc .Where is Tinubu's first school leaving certificate and secondary school certificate.

In Nigeria you DO need a PhD to become a Professor. PYO is a "let my people go Professor" who was allegedly done the favour by late Professor Omotola, former VC of The University Of Lagos.
