What we need do is to approach the state govt for certain compromise (reduction) on the levies, but to even think that this awesome PPP initiative shld not see the light of day, is per se, brutish.

Govt is not run by protests and the good work u hv seen shld not be discouraged - in fact that Lekki road upgrade, denied other parts of lagos, some form of development and that the govt delayed collection of tolls, is understandable, but to say emphatic 'no' to getting their refund, is crass stupidity.
