Verm has only one season under his belt as an arsenal player. Making him captain ahead of a RvP, i don't subscribe to.
I like the fact that we are bringing in experienced players alas, plus we seem to have more genuine goal scorers now.

Quite true. It also depends on how much time I have for the lady and vice-versa. If the situation isn't favourable time-wise, i may not ask her our even if i have the intention to. All in all, I prefer to take my time to know her before asking her out and we may not even be friends as yet, as long as I think I have spent some valuable time in knowing her, i'll ask her out.

Its the end of Djouru more than it is for Squillacci. Squills really shouldn't even be considered as an arsenal player but for the fact that no other club is interested in his level of shittiness. Djouru on the other hand showed in that 8-2 mauling that his is officially sub-standard.

Mertersacker may not be fast but iThink he possesses what we need most: Aerial Presence. Considering that Verm is a little too short for a CB, a towering partner could make a good teammate.

Kos' breed of a defender is rare. He is that type that will shine against technically gifted dribblers cos his eyes are always on the ball and he isn't easily dummied. He may not be a brute but his pairing with any solid defender will yield amazing results.
If he and Verm are fit, it is my opinion that even Cahill (no disrespect)will sit out on the bench.
