Religion / Re: How I Embraced Sexual Purity - My Personal Journey by Dipsaint(m): 9:47am On Jun 04, 2023
Interesting15:
When I was a little boy, despite that my immediate environment wasn't one that encouraged full-blown spirituality (in God), I usually feel the hand of God on me, and I'm usually conscious of His presence. As I approached the adolescence period of my life, as expected, sexual urges started coming, and I was also with the desire to express these emotions. Despite that the devil stationed other young teenage females around, I found myself being hindered continually from defiling myself.

While I was still contemplating, as a very young teenager (many years ago), if I should taste sex once, or wait until marriage, everything changed after God visited me with His offer.....

The Host of Heaven visited me as a young boy, and the offer was: Walk before Me and be perfect, and in return, I will give you...... In return, I will make you....

After reflecting deeply on which way to go, I decided to go for God's offer, since I discovered it is more beneficial to me. So, it means I have to fight to ensure I won't fall into temptation and displease God.

Interestingly, God made it so easy for me.. When I see young people lamenting that their sexual urges are "driving them insane", I can't really relate, because I'm fully in control of mine."

The best decision I made in my life was deciding to embrace God's offer from a very young age and walk with Him. I keep enjoying pleasantness in all regards. I keep enjoying His Grace in awesome ways. I keep getting great things others struggle for, easily.

In fact, one of the rewards was writing to encourage others to embrace purity and chastity. I have been writing since I was a young teenager, and my books and articles are being bought and read in different parts of the world - even in faraway places like India! And of course, I'm sure God is still taking me to higher grounds.

Because of that decision, I can boldly say it anywhere that I haven't indulged in premarital sex and I'm undefiled. And guess what? I'm very fine! Very healthy. I won't defile myself, and so, my messages will keep touching the world with fire, and bring people to the will of God through Jesus Christ.

Beloved, just as God gave me the offer, He is also giving you the offer to walk before Him and be perfect. If you align yourself with God by accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and you decided to devote your life to Him, He will give you dominion over sin, the devil, and creation (financially, health-wise, family-wise, etc).

Jesus said: "Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (Matthew 11:28-30)

Like me, you can live an undefiled life. Don't believe the lies of the devil that you can't control these urges. Stop allowing sexual immorality to wreck your life. Flee from all appearances of sin.

Jesus wants an eternal communion with you. It is your destiny to serve God in Spirit and in Truth through Jesus Christ His Son, and have dominion over creation. Open yourself to the Lord. Call upon His Name, and He will help you. God bless you.

Sports / Fifa To Investigate Ecuador For Fielding 'colombian' Player Byron Castillo by Dipsaint(m): 4:23pm On May 11, 2022
Fifa is to investigate allegations Ecuador fielded an ineligible player in World Cup qualifying.
Chile filed a complaint with world football's governing body claiming that Ecuador's Byron Castillo is in fact Colombian, and has falsified his age.
The Football Federation of Chile (FFC) claims the 23-year-old defender used a false birth certificate and nationality to register as Ecuadorian.
If true, under Fifa rules Ecuador could have to forfeit their World Cup place.
Ecuador finished fourth in Conmebol qualifying and claimed an automatic place at the 2022 World Cup in Qatar ahead of Peru, who must play Australia or the United Arab Emirates in a play-off in June. Chile finished seventh.
"Fifa has decided to open disciplinary proceedings in relation to Byron David Castillo Segura's possible breach of the call criteria for the indicated matches," said a Fifa statement on Wednesday.
Castillo played in eight of Ecuador's 18 qualifiers, matches in which they picked up 14 of their 26 points.
But Chile say that Ecuador should forfeit the eight games Castillo played in, and their opponents be awarded three points for each of them.
That would see Chile leapfrog Colombia and Peru into the fourth automatic spot.
"There are innumerable proofs that the player was born in Colombia, in the city of Tumaco, on July 25, 1995, and not on November 10, 1998, in the Ecuadorian city of General Villamil Playas," said Chile's statement.

Sports / Re: Trent Alexander-Arnold Wins Premier League Player Of The Month Award by Dipsaint(m): 12:15pm On Dec 11, 2021
uunwanaobong3:

U see, this is exactly the problem with modern day football, people just look at the goals and assists and make their judgement of how good a player is, without watching how that same player played the entire game, like how many interception does that player make, how many chances did he create, what was his contribution to the tempo of the game, what distance did he covered? What was his ball possession or shot on target, how many clearance does that player make etc.

That is why MESSI was better than lewandosky despite lewandosky scoring more goals.

That is why Bernardo silver is better than Salah or Arnold despite them winning player of the month....... Or do you think that mancity is on top of the premeir league by chance? No, it is players like benardo silver who make that possible.

By the way in 2019/2020 season, Messi get 21 assist from 69 chances created, Muller of Bayern Munich get 21 assists from 61 chances he created BUT debruyne get 20 assists from 153 chances he created....... IF U ARE A LOVER of FOOTBALL, who do you think was the best player among three of them? Was it Messi and Muller who both get 21 assists? ...... Mind u assists is the measure of chances converted by your strikers..... As a creative player or midfielder, you have no control over how many assists you will have, it all depends on how efficient your strikers are, if u like create1000 chances, if you strikers are useless u will get like 5 assists. And how can u get more assist when u have people like Sterling, Jesus and mehrez missing one on one chances with the keeper...... Arnold can create 5 chances and get 4 assists because of how good Liverpool strikers are. BUT Bernardo silva can create 15 chances and get only 2 assists because of how useless mancity strikers are, that doesn't make arnold better than Bernardo silva.
U get it?

Many people voted for him

Please with church mind and with the great respect and fear for the god of soccer..... Brothers and sisters of soccer pls is this award for Trent arnold fair on FOOTBALL? When u consider someone like Bernardo silva playing like a wolf for 90 min throughout every game for the last two months, only for the award to be handed over to Trent arnold who is not even the best defender at Liverpool or their best player. What impact does Trent arnold have on Liverpool game as a whole? He is even one of Liverpool weakest link in defense.

This is football politics gone wrong

He created the most chances - 10

4 assists

A great record for a defender.

Sports / Cristiano Ronaldo: Man Utd In Advanced Talks To Sign Juventus Forward by Dipsaint(m): 3:36pm On Aug 27, 2021
Manchester United are in advanced talks to sign Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.

BBC Sport understands a move to Manchester City will not happen for the 36-year-old.

Juventus boss Massimiliano Allegri confirmed Ronaldo had said he "no longer has any intention" of playing for the Italian giants.

United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said Ronaldo "knows that we are here" during a press conference on Friday.

Ronaldo signed for Manchester United from Sporting Lisbon for £12.2m in 2003 and scored 118 goals in 292 appearances for the club.

During the press conference early on Friday, before news of United's approach broke, Solskjaer said he was surprised the five-time Ballon d'Or winner wanted to bring his time in Italy to a close.

He added that Ronaldo had been spoken to by United midfielder Bruno Fernandes, his Portugal team-mate.

"I didn't think Cristiano was going to turn out leaving Juventus," Solskjaer said. "It's been speculation this morning, speculation the last few days, of course.

"I know Bruno has been talking to him as well. He knows what we feel about him and if he was ever going to move away from Juventus, he knows that we're here."

Manchester City had looked to be one of the favourites to land the former Real Madrid player when some reports suggested personal terms had already been agreed between the two.

Speaking before City face Arsenal in the Premier League on Saturday, manager Pep Guardiola said: "Cristiano is a Juventus player. I cannot add anything else.

"In these three or four days left until the transfer window shuts, anything can happen but, in my view, there are few players - Cristiano Ronaldo included, Messi is another - they decide where they are going to play.

"Right now, my feeling is I am more than delighted with the squad we have and we will stay the same."
