l3st3r: Good day. I own a betking shop. I also run a POS service in the shop. One day a customer came that he wants to play virtual sports bet. He asked to use the POS cos he doesn't have any money on him. I tried his card and it was saying "insufficient funds". He says he has money in the card and I should try it again.
Meanwhile I saw he was attempting to still play the bet. I told him he should wait let's resolve the withdrawal before he plays his bet. He went ahead and play a bet of #1000. I became angry and asked him if I didn't ask him not to play that bet until we resolve his withdrawal. I asked him how he intend paying for the bet now. He says I should use his atm. I told him his atm card is still showing insufficient fund. He said why am I shouting at him if I know who he is.
I asked who are you? na you open shop for me. The whole thing broke into a shouting bout. Luckily his game won. I deducted my #1000 and asked him to leave that he won't be allowed to play game here anymore as he is a troublesome person.
He says he is going to play and if I know who he is. We got into more shouting bout again. He finally left and says he would be coming back.
He came back today one month later wearing an army uniform with two of his other colleagues. He started hitting me with belt. Says I should do frog jump and other nonsensical punishment. People around later heard the noise. They started begging. When they asked me what the problem is before I try to explain, they would hit me with the belt that I should shut up. When they are satisfied they finally left.
I checked for the name tag on his uniform but he has removed it. His other two colleague are putting on muftty. I do have a CCTV camera in my shop which they are not aware, so everything is on video.
Please, how do I proceed with this case and get justice, pls don't say police cos I took an issue to the police the other time when money was stolen in my shop. Even with video evidence nothing was done. They tasked me anyhow. One naira no come out..
I know this is not the right section for this just want somewhere with a bit of traffic. Mods pls move this to the frontpage so I can get a range of advice. Nigeria's armed forces members know the vacuum existing in Nigeria's apex political leadership, so they behave like bulls in a china shop. In another saner country, these soldiers and the too many others like them in Nigeria's armed forces today, will not see themselves in the armed forces. |

If you think APC is gonna go for direct primary elections ,you are dreaming.
Buhari is gonna handpicked his candidate next week and the whole world will be shocked. APC will split and Tinubu will take his men and leave to SDP but that will not stop Buhari's favoured candidate to loose the election because the whole north will support the consensus candidate and part of west and east will be in support as well.
So,all Tinubu urchins should be ready for a real heartbreak next week. Migrating to SDP will not save Tinubu. Tinubu is readying for NADECO II. He asked for zoning to allow south to produce a successor to PMB, but refuses zoning in the south because it's the turn of the Igbo to present a successor to PMB. What a sophistiwretched reasoning by Tinubu.

Realist12: There was a consensus to zone the presidency to the south west due to the June 12 annulment. Yet every region contested in the primaries. All I'm saying is , it's the duty of every Southern politician to request the ticket be zoned to the south. Reason been that there has to be rotation between the north and the south . And Buhari is a Northerner. Obasanjo handed over to a Northerner. If not for Yar Adua's untimely death the rotation won't be disorganized. It's only right for PDP to also zone it to the south, and the South east and south south are well represented there , they Should advocate for a southern presidential candidate there . That's why I like what Wike is doing . It's going to be a big political blunder if a Northerner succeeds Buhari . And the whole south will pay for it in the future . Zoning is important but micro zoning is not possible among 6 different zones. We need competent leaders let's stop this tribalism. In bold is where you displayed the shophistiwretched logic you people are known for. If microzoning is not possible, national zoning must not be possible as well. Let the north continue to breathe upon the necks of people in the south in Nigeria's political process. Northern soldiers created the lopsided political structure which consigns absolute powers to the north. Tell Tinubu and Osinbajo that it is not yet too late for them to back out and support presidential aspirants from the east if power must return to the south in 2023.. |

So long as people who are supposed to watch out their locality are in collusion with the aggressors there's little the security agents can do even with sophisticated ammunitions. Did the US not know that Islamists who adopted Sharia criminal laws are also sympathetic to the terrorists. |

Nnamdi Kalu in prison. Sunday Igboho in prison. The two resist having their Igbo and Yoruba nations in Nigeria where a northern group adopted and use Islamic Sharia criminal laws, wants to export sharia criminal laws to all the states in Nigeria. Boko Haram is for a country ruled with sharia criminal laws. Abubakar Mallami, the representative of the Sharia states in Nigeria’s government uses government institutions to demonize Kalu and Igboho, tag them as terrorists leaders; while the terrorists who ravage Nigeria are being fed in liberty with Nigeria’s resources.
That’s a big lesson for adherents to one Nigeria. Nigeria is politically restructured by northern military dictators such that irrespective of where the president of Nigeria comes from, the political class from the sharia states largely determines what goes on in Nigeria. |

RETURN TO TRUE AND FISCAL FEDERALISM TO AVOID REOCCURRENCE., TO STOP PROTESTERS AND SECESSIONISTS.
Accountability for the Lekki shooting only but do nothing to stop the underlying factors that cause protests and possible future shootings? Doesn’t work that way. SARS police’s hidden duty is intimidating or killing of youths who can rise in protest against the skewed and lopsided political structure of Nigeria created by northern military dictators who wrongly used land mass or population as criterion to proliferate too many states and local government areas in the old northern region, created fewer number of states and local government areas in the two old southern regions of Nigeria. The political structure under unitary government system gives undue political and economic advantages to the northern region.
SAARS normally policed the southern part of Nigeria. |

BlackFlamefromP: Okay. I forgot Nigeria is under the control of US and UN. Yeye dey smell.
You see, irrespective of the opinions and sentiment of the masses my position on this whole 'endsars' protest and Lekki shooting of a thing does not change.
I remain FIRM in my belief that indefinite continuation of ENDSARS protest was unjustifiable after SARS was disbanded by the FG.
I remain FIRM in my belief that enemies of Nigeria who have always been looking for opportunity to destroy and break the country saw great opportunity to carry out their evil mission through the so-called ENDSARS protest and they were actively and craftily taking advantage of the protest.
I remain FIRM in my belief that the so-called 'peaceful' protesters who gathered at Lekki toll gate in the night of the incidence committed crime for coming out in the first place to gather there when they knew there was curfew in place and people were supposed to be indoors.
I remain FIRM in my belief that whether there was shooting or no shooting, massacre or no massacre, I DON'T GIVE A DAMN! Any body who lost his or her life that night has himself to blame because he had no business being in that toll gate that night in the first place and moreover he committed a crime for defying the curfew in place, so their blood is on their head.
By the way, I notice everybody is just talking about what the panel say, how come nobody is talking about THE EVIDENCE the panel produced to back up their claim? Have they been able to back up their claim with concrete evidence or are they just looking for cheap glory by trying to pander to the sentiment of the masses and saying things the masses would love to hear just to receive glory?
May God bless Nigeria Enemies of Nigeria? The number one enemy of Nigeria is the Arewa northern group which used its military dictators to restructure Nigeria politically between 1967-1996 when the military dictators wrongly used land mass or population as criterion to proliferate too many states in the old northern region, and through the process assigned overwhelming political and economic advantages to the Arewa northern region. SARS police which functioned in the south of Nigeria was created to intimidate or shoot dissenters protesting against the fraudulent political structure and governance system. The same Arewa northern group adopted unconstitutional Islamic Sharia criminal justice system between 1999-2001, in Nigeria of plural religious faiths: recipe for the subsequent disasters of Boko Haram and bandits now ravaging Nigeria. Break up of Nigeria? Nigeria has not benefited the majority of its citizens. It benefits a tiny percentage of Nigerians and foreign countries. Nigeria now houses the largest population of hungry and poor people on earth. Let Nigeria break up into more manageable countries; you shall not break up into pieces if Nigeria breaks up into more manageable countries What matters most about one’s country is how happy one is over one’s country, not how big or rich one’s country is. |

In 2001, Muhammadu Buhari told a large crowd of Muslim faithfuls in Kaduna that he would not relent until Islamic Sharia criminal justice system is applied in all the states of Nigeria. So, the bandits and PMB share the same objective, but operate in different methods and levels to achieve their shared objective for a Nigeria to be governed with Islamic Sharia criminal laws. |
