Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, has revealed why he’s taking up a two months Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, has revealed why he’s taking up a two months paternity leave. According to billionaire dad, he’s expecting a baby with his wife, and just like he did for his daughter Max, he will always be grateful that he could spend so much time with her in the first months of herlife. Here’s what he wrote;“When Max was born, I took two months of paternity leave. I will always be grateful I could spend so much time with her in the first months of her life. Our new daughter is coming soon, and I’m planning to take two monthsof paternity leave again. This time, I’m going to take advantage of Facebook’s option to take leave in parts. I’ll take a month off to be with Priscilla and the girls at the beginning, and then we’ll spend the whole month of December together as well. I’m looking forward to bonding with our new little one and taking Max on adventures. At Facebook, we offer four months ofmaternity and paternity leave because studies show that when working parents take time to be with their newborns, it’s good for the entire family. And I’m pretty sure the office will still be standing when I getback.” http://blog.diskills.com/2017/08/mark-zuckerberg-reveals-why-hes-taking.html |

Amazing story! Man gives the shirt off his back to shivering old man on NYC Subw photos Amazing story! Man gives the shirt off his back to shivering old man on NYC Subway (photos)This has got to be - so far - the best story of 2016. What an amazing guy. On a very cold Friday night, January. 8th, a man spotted a shirtless homeless man shivering on an NYC subway and did something most wouldn't do...he gave the shirt off his back to the stranger. Fortunately, the heartwarming encounter was capturedon video by another passenger, LazaroNolasco, who shared the video on his Facebook page. It now has nearly 11 million views. In the clip which has been viewed by millions, the shirtless man was sitting alone on the Brooklyn-bound train, visibly shivering, when the Good Samaritan stepped forward and offered him the t-shirt he'd been wearing. He first extended the t-shirt to the man, then helped him put the t-shirt on. He also went to get a beanieand placed it on the man's head. Watch the heartwarming video below... http://www.diskills.com/2016/01/amazing-story-man-gives-shirt-off-his.html |

Check out this interesting HIV campaign against Cross-generational sex (Sugar Daddy syndrome) Cross-generational sex popularly known as (Sugar Daddy syndrome) is a non-marital relationship between a young woman aged between 15 and 24 years, and a man at least ten years her senior. A study by John Hopkins University found that the age difference between young women and their male partners was a significant HIV-risk factor which suggests that the high HIV infection level in youngerwomen was caused, at least in part, by transmission from male partners. http://blog.diskills.com/2016/01/new-check-out-this-interesting-hiv.html |
African skin is physiologically different from that of other races. For this reason, many Nigerians have found that using justany lotion, or lotions created with Caucasians in mind, often leaves much to be desired. With more and more Nigerians making the decision to stay away from hydroquinone, kojic acid, and other skin bleaching and lightening lotions, preferring to stick to products that nourish and moisturize the skin naturally, the question looms, “which lotions are best for African skin?”Dermatological E-45Nigerians loyal to this lotion praise it for its superb combination of two powerful moisturizers—skin-nourishing oil and rich hydrating cream. It also contains alpha-hydroxyl which eliminates old skin cells, as well as sunscreen to protect the skin from harmful rays.Dove Pro AgeThis product has been clinically proven to heal even extremely dry skin, and is already one of the best-selling moisturisers in the United Kingdom. Nigerian women have caught on to the magic of this non-greasy, fragrance-free formula which offers an effective way to keep the skin soft and healthy.Suitable for use all over face and body, Dove also comes as a cream (thicker, in a tub) can be used by the whole family, including kids!Nivea Naturally Even Lotion. This lotion, enriched with Vitamin E and double UV filters, is reputed to reduce irregular pigmentation, restore skin’s natural even tone and radiance and protect against dark marks and light-induced premature ageing.Often featuring black models in its ads, thepocket-friendly Nivea brand is a true favourite among people of African descent.Vaseline Cocoa Radiant LotionCocoa butter is widely loved for the way it erases marks and scars, evens the complexion, and leaves the skin smelling great. Here it is accompanied by natural oils to moisturize while alleviating dark spots. It also contains little alcohol, which can dry African skin. Add Vaseline’s Stratys-3 Innovation (patented technologysuspending moisture across multiple layers of skin) to that, and you have an all-round winner.Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Formula LotionApart from its delicious fragrance which has many Nigerians hooked on it, this lotion also contains Vitamin E, which prevents the skin from oxidation (the over-exposure of air causing the skin to dry out and appear dull.) Worthy of note is the fact that many respondents have usedit from childhood! see photo s of each product here http://blog.diskills.com/2017/08/top-lotions-to-make-your-skin-fair-and.html thanks for reading |
