I remember when I had a similar issue with diamond bank, almost 120k was fradulently deducted from my account. I called them immediately I saw the debit alert and Report was done, they opened investigations and about 2 or 3 months later I recieved my money back. I kept going into the bank to check up on the status of the case just to make sure they were actually not sleeping on it because it was a lot of money to lose. Nigerian banks can be a hassle , so you have to follow them closely, do not call, go in in person and make complaint and when you make the complaint, keep following it up

20k is poor. If you have no serious financial obligations such as paying house rent. Then you can manage it until you find something better. Even after deducting what you spend on transport, food and monthly self up keeps , you will see that you are not left with much. 20,000 divided by 20 days you work in a month assuming m-fri job , you make N1000 everyday. Imagine you spend 300 on transport back and forth, 100 naira on food and other unplanned expenses N200, that's N600 total. Let's say you save N400 everyday out of the 1000. Means you save about +/- N8000 every month. 8000 x 12 totals that will be taking home approx 96k per year and this probably doesn't include the tax that will be deducted if this applies
