What HMO?
There is no increase untill u stay like 4yrs or so...the growth rate is quite slow in terms of career growth.
I wont be able to say whatbworking with them is like for security reasons but I will just tell u not to raise your hopes that high, if u get d job use it as an experience. You should know what contract bank job is all abt.

I work for a bank, am a Bsc 2'1 holder,working as a contract staff. The funny thing is that this bank even recently converted their main staff with N.D and HND to contract too.Then just this month they employed fresh grad as E.T. How can u place two people with same qualification on diff salary scheme. It really annoying in this said bank and they still expect us to smile to their customers. Well even though I never planned working in a bank, am am sooo crossing to another bank if I get a chance.
Working my ass out here for the meagre salary while another with same qualification and lesser experience eats fat...mbanu !!

Good day all, I have a little relationship challenge,I know I should place this in the Romance section but truely I need candid opinion.
I am dating this guy, he is 31 am 23. He is a businessman while I am a banker. The thing is that he has more female acquintances than male. Even on Vals day (which happens to also be his birthday),while I was in his house...another lady brought him a big gift. I wasn't bothered abt that untill I foundout that the lady has been seeking his attention. Each time I go to his house, his fone is always ringing.....girls are always calling.Though the relationship is just 5 months old I seem not to be comfortable with the whole thing and its begining to get to me emotionally. We have talked abt it severally and he said I should give him time. He said he doesn't want to lose me and apologizes for the emotional stress but I still see him repeat these things. One day he went for a wedding and told me he met a lady who he dint knw was from his town.He actually approached the lady and during their discussion he found out dhe was from his town. Just yesterday I was at hus place loo and behold the lady called that she was coming to his house. He saw it as a normal thing afterall she is like a sister to him but I dint see it tgat way because I know what ladies are capable of. The lady came with her sister...we all talked but I was not much interested in the discussion because I was trting to figure out what this babe aim was...that will make her visit someone she just met 2weeks ago.Mind u she wasn't expecting to meet me there.
I have tried talking to this guy abt his disposition towards these ladies. He keeps telling me he will change..he will stop..infact he will be faithful to his wife when he marries. I am nt convinced cos I think he shud be able to start the change now. I could count atleast 5 girls we have had to talk abt. He is very open to me but most times even his honesty hurts me cos he still goes back to tge same thing.
Please my dear people,do you think I am over reacting. How long is the time I can give to this guy to cut short his relationship with these ladies or better still chose one among us all. I need help here.I am going thru some emotional stress here.

8.Certificate in project management practice.

He wants something that would be lucrative and has better opportunity for the future.

you can go and do the work for like 2 months before forming an opinion on the town. do the following in kano:
1. make sure you stay in no other place than sabongari, no place in kano is safer than there for strangers
2. Get a radio and be tuned in to a local channel 24/7 to know what goes on in town
3. every Friday appear in native cloth with the cap sef
4. find out how safe the environment of your office is and history of violence
5. learn hausa asap. for a start know the hausa names for sword, knife, enemy, infidel, unbeliever, heaven, etc, these words might save your life one day
6. don't get used to traveling by road to kano, reason is that you must pass one part of Kaduna town known as bypass dominated by muslims. many times in the past they have slaughtered travelers who didn't hear of ongoing riots
7. avoid their women, again,avoid their women - you will be slaughtered insha allahuu

Op as I type this,I type all the way from Kano. Ithought I would be based in Lagogs after service but loo and behold I got a job in Kano. This place is not like you perceive from the T.V.
Infact aren't surprisd that those living in Kano are actually encouraging ypu to come? There is lot of chances that you will grow in Kano I tell you.Lagos is filled up,come join us enjoy less traffic wahala,cheap food,affordable accommodation and fun places

hmmm this is a serious issue.Permit me to enlighten you guys on this matter.
1. Waiting till wedding night is rather more personal than religious. Its not abt being a christian or muslim.Its about your personal agreement wih God that is why u can see people who shagged b4 dey got married living blessed, I guess its grace and their person convenant with their chi (God). shikena!
2.Waiting till wedding is very dareing. People who venture on this path are courageous. In these days of ours, i tell you, its only the daring ones that can survive. Its not like they dont get people to date them but because of their choice the forego some dates.
3.Life is generally uncertain. Telling me that I run a risk of not being satisfied after wedding is rubbish. That person you are shining his/her congo how certain are you that he/she would live long enuf to satify you. No! lets talk abt real uncertainties here, we have death, nagging,abrupt changes, severe illness. Please spare me! we all share same risk.
4.Virginity (primary or sec) is abt trust. Your trust that somethong good would come out of ur wait.The trust that your partner would value what u kept for them.
5.Waiting till marriage is not for weak and fibble minds. I wish each and everyone of us would find time and hear first hand experience of the tussle and experience of people who wait.
Finally waiting till marriage can never be somthing to regret if u really know the value of what you are waiting for!

This job and skill acquisition na waste of time. Why cant NYSC used their 'vir to' power as a federal parastatal to liaise with various companies to employ people. Invite personnels from these companies to organise an interview with eligible corp members during this last two week. Funny enuf even NYSC itself as an employer does not retain corpers. The tin tire me. na so so C.V description,learn a skill we dey hear everyday.
