So...I have read comments...but I have one question, have u wondered why its a general problem?
Most times these customer service personnel can't help the situation, welfare is poor,most are contract staf with even M.Sc but meagre pay, banker no be banker again ohh. so many policies to follow, pressure from everybody (colleague and customers). Saying so cos I hv been there.
I know some very jolly fellows, very funny but once they sit in that seat...the story changes. Policy says..dont..customers say do, alot goes on in that screen. Everybody entering is in a hurry,
On the other hand I know we could still have Customer Service personnel that are naturally saddists, but I have tried something...I am nice to Customer service personnels whenever I encounter them and my niceness eturns to me, inshort they become my friends.

I have been following thus thread from the very first day last year,though In was just reading and observing.But now I think am ready for the business. I am based in Kano but am an Igbo girl. I served there, and I currently live in Kano. Social life in Kano is -0.5% even in the Sabon Bari everyone is talking about, no quality social life. No good event to bring like minds, Most business that strive here are the buy and sell type of business.
The only thing I can say is the cost of living which is quite fair

The first day I saw that building in my first year, in 2009 my heart skipped, in saw pawpaw tree growing out of a window.

I won't say I tested him, but I was anxious to know what he always does in church, always saying he is going to church without a bible or a jotter so I attended the fellowship without his consent and after the program I had a glimpse of what he does. Saw him with another gal, holding hands,they stood and talked for almost 20mins after church and he even walked her home.
If I hadn't taken that bold step I will still be in my cupid virtual world.

OP...you just hit the nail on the head.....every morning I go to work and I try to find a reason to derive joy from the work....guess what? I find none.
I just work for the sake of working...I dont feel am doing what I was created to do. But it wont end here,this is a starting point,part of my story.

1.Most of the men who commented are seriously bitter. Guys take a chill pill.The men who meet cool headed girls dont have 2 heads. .they are men like you. My dear nls,

There is this tree just in the middle of my uncle's farm. He has some crops planted there but suddenly realised that this plant(Garcinia Kola/Aki ilu/Ugoro) needs to go so that more light can penetrate the farm.

Now, he needs the plant to shed its leaves instead of falling it so that it doesnt destroy the existing crops. I believe this is possible.
