FORMER militant leader, Government Ekpemupolo, alias Tompolo, has fled to Libya, the Joint Niger Delta Liberation Force, JNDLF, alleged on Monday.

The group, which threatened, last week, to test six missiles in the Niger Delta states, beginning from tomorrow, said: “The Military can’t locate Tompolo but we have identified where he is now.”

General Akotebe Darikoro, Commander, General Duties, General Torunanaowei Latei, Creeks Network Coordinator, General Agbakakuro Owei-Tauro, Pipelines Bleeding Expert and General Pulokiri Ebiladei, Intelligence Bureau of JNDLF, made the claim in a statement.

“Presently, Tompolo is in Libya and we’ll get him dead or alive for betraying us in supporting the federal government against us,” it disclosed.

According to it: “Nigerian Military has weak intelligence gathering mechanism hence they could not identify our modu oparandi. Nigerian military is only good in carrying AK47 to harass innocent people and raping young girls and women.”

A close source to Tompolo laughed when contacted, Monday, by Vanguard, saying, “I do not know what you want to say, they should leave Tompolo alone.”

The United States will never do such. The United States won't allow a missile capable of disrupting another country to be sent to a terrorist organization as such missile will be useful against the united states of America itself.

You need a Fire control radar to launch a radar guided missile... yea Nigeria will know once such missile is being launched as our satellite will pick it up as it's approaching our asset but the capability of Nigeria stopping it is what I don't know yet.. I have got to know that underestimating a country military ability will be The worst thing to do.

if the US like you said is paying these people, why would they want to dialogue with the Nation? it's not like as if their needs are genuine.

my opinion is, use maximum force. shut down the area. make terrorism unattractive to intending and potential terrorists.

if people know that they can only have a one on one meeting with the president if they blow up citizens and national facilities, what do you think will happen in the nearest future?

I strongly believe that there are foreign powers outside Nigeria(America) secretly funding and covertly sponsoring terrorism, civil unrest, ethnic militancy, in Nigeria. There are foreign powers that are working actively to undermine national security, promote terrorism(Boko haram) forget the fake military aids and support, America is behind BOKO Haram, America is their grand sponsor and some key northerners are co-supporters of BOKO haram, they are able to easily do this by identifying potential key person's in these regions who aid them.

America understands us more than we understand ourselves. America wants an All-Out Civil War in Nigeria, which will eventually grant their justification for US Military Invasion. America did it in Libya & Iraq. They are seriously working towards repeating same thing in Nigeria. America has a major focus on Nigeria.

I advice President Buhari NOT to use Military force in suppressing Biafra & Niger Delta Avengers. I have strategically, holistically & logically analyse Nigeria's current problems, Let BUHARI do everything possible to bring these guys to the table for dialogue, everything possible except Military Force. The President must THINK and identify what needs to be done to bring them to the table for dialogue. Buhari has refused to think or engage thinkers. I believe aggression can be suppressed without Aggression.

Sometime ago, America gave a prediction that Nigeria will cease to exist, thank God, Clueless Jonathan was kind enough to hand over power, and the civil war was averted, that was America's Plan A. The truth is, All the Biafra, NDA, NDT, Fulani Herdsmen are all America's Plan B. They came up with Plan B for this administration since their Plan A failed in 2015. America is working actively to ensure an All-Out Civil War in Nigeria. And our clueless, vision-less and unpatriotic leaders are busy pursuing politics.

Mark my word, America wants and desires that BUHARI should use military force on NDA. They are secretly praying that Buhari uses military force in Niger Delta. If BUHARI does this, BUHARI will be unknowingly helping America to perfect their plans of Civil War in Nigeria. We must do everything possible to disappoint America. Please let's embrace Peace.

I have been monitoring all the political press organizations of these foreign powers; Fox news, BBC, CNN e.t.c. They have began to paint Buhari as a "Former Dictator who has not changed". They did same thing to Gadaffi, History is repeating itself in Nigeria.

Now let me quickly point out somethings and take a nap. Just few moments ago my coursemate serving in Delta state (being deployed in Tompolo's village) had sent me these pictures today about what they actually saw at Tompolo's residence. Believe you me these people are the ones hiding Tompolo in there village. Soldiers have cordoned the village now: no exit and no entry. The people that were captured there said Tompolo just escaped by the whiskers like 15-20 minutes before my coursemate with his soldiers arrived their.
The village chief was even lying that he owns the house that belongs to Tompolo wen all the pictures they saw their were Tompolo's pix.
Now Escravo refused to give them light again because of the damages that they have caused to the Pipelines. In the compound were all sorts of things: shrine, lots of white goats & white rams(hopefully for rituals), pictures of people (suspected people he wants to help, these pictures are over 4-5000 in number), lots of weapons and ammunition, speed boats(we have confiscated them).
But one funny thins is this all this mouth that Avengers are making is just too much. Immediately they saw our boys yesterday night they all ran away. And the people that were arrested are giving vital information. AVENGERS ARE COWARDS. There are so many things to write & pictorial evidence but am tired right now. Now the point is Tompolo is trying to DIVERT the FG attention away from him by causing all these havoc using his boys Niger Delta Avengers. But the ARMY WILL NOT BE FOOLED. He will be hunted down. If the Avengers say they are so strong and not afraid why did they run away. Amongst the boys that were captured was even shedding tears like a child of 3 years old. Taking NA troops around the places they keep dynamites. Cowards!!!

I thought most posters here said he was wrong to call himself a ruler. If we take it that he is not a ruler, then he is not responsible for implementing the so called confab report.

The convener of the confab himself (GEJ) knew he couldn't implement it alone and he passed it on to the National Assembly. The report is already officially with the legislature, why have they not converted it to laws and let see Buhari veto it?
