“I am upset and do not know what to do; I feel like my world is starting to crumble. I got married three years ago and things were going on smoothly until three months ago. My husband is an expatriate who is hardly in the country.


We find ways to connect with each other despite our busy lives. The last time my husband came home, I noticed a change in him. He was excited for some unknown reasons; he had a weird way of responding to my presence in the room. I found all these things strange even though i decided to let things slide since we did not have any argument.

I altered the pattern of visit three months ago because of the economy; we felt it was better for him to come visit since we were handling some projects. I was practically Hot and could not wait for him to settle down properly before I started touching him. He threw me off and said he was tired. I knew I was being selfish considering the hours he spent in the plane.

When we finally had time for ourselves, something strange happened. He was disconnected most of the time and i had to talk to bring him back to my body. When he released, he moaned a name in my ears repeatedly.

It took me a while before I got to know it was my mother’s name he was calling. Why in God’s name will my husband call out my mother’s name when we are making love? I had a special pet name for her so it could not have been someone’s name.

I did not have the courage to ask him about it; it must have been my ears picking the wrong sound. But the same thing happened when we made love the next day. He closed his eyes as he called her name. I got worried at this point and reacted; he added my name to it and made it look like he was praising me.

Coincidentally, my mother visited us some days after and I watched both of them closely. He had always been free with her but every movement had meaning to me.

She kept referring to the last time she travelled out of the country; I had sent some things to him and he had sent her back to me. But only God knows what happened while they were alone.

I caught my husband looking funnily at my mum. I am afraid to confront him because I cannot bring myself to ask him what happened between him and her.

I am a Yoruba lady and the thought of my mother and my husband being together is driving me crazy. As much as I do not want people to know about this, it is serious. My husband calls my mother’s name during love making. Please what do I do?”

The Federal Government has promised that access to uninterrupted power supply can be expected by the 40 federal universities within the next 12-18 months, beginning from December 2017.
According to a statement issued in Abuja by the Director of Press and Public Relations in the Ministry of Education, Ben Goong, the government plans to achieve this through its Energising Education Programme Initiative by utilising off-grid Independent Power Projects and Public Private Partnership structures.
The statement reiterated that the Minister of Education, Adamu Adamu; and his counterpart in the Ministry of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, made the commitment on Wednesday during an interactive session with the vice-chancellors and directors of Physical Planning of all the 40 federal universities.
Adamu, represented by the Permanent Secretary in the Education Ministry, Dr. Folashade Yemi- Esan, said the Power, Works and Housing Ministry initiated the EEPI programme “to provide uninterrupted and dedicated power supply to all the federal Universities through the utilisation of off-grid Independent Power Projects.”
Adamu said the gesture would also be an avenue to train students, especially those studying engineering, on how to utilise various energy sources in their respective departments.
Fashola, represented by the Minister of State for Power, Works and Housing, Mustapha Shehuri, said the programme was aimed at “providing reliable power supply” which, he said, would promote economic growth and sustainable development in the universities.
The Senior Special Assistant to the President on Power, Damilola Ogunbiyi, in her presentation, highlighted the objectives of providing consistent power supply to the educational institutions.
She added that their productivity, efficacy and professionalism would be significantly boosted in the areas of research, teaching and learning with a remarkable impact on the quality of graduates from these institutions.

A young lady, Serena Beuford, 27, of Boston was left in a coma after her butt implants exploded while doing squats for an Instagram Video.

Doctors say Serena Beuford is in serious condition after her butt implants exploded. Beuford was working out with a friend at a gym, and after they finished, the friend attempted to record Beuford doing squats to post the video on Instagram.

As Beuford was squatting, she heard a loud pop; which prompted her to immediately stop. Soon after the popping sound, Beuford fell to the floor screaming in agony from the pain. Other gym members rushed to her rescue until medical services arrived.

Jewel, a patron of the gym recalls the horrible event:
"I heard a loud popping noise followed by the woman falling to the floor. She was screaming my ass is gone!!!; I had no idea what she was talking about until I saw her cushion like butt missing when EMS took her out the gym.

There was blood and yellowish fluid all over the floor. She used to always show off her butt in the gym and tried to get guys attention with her work outs. Looks like she got more attention than she wanted this time around"
According to her sister Serena got her surgery done in March of this year from an unlicensed clinic and she reported that her sister absolutely loved her butt.

She said her sister got a lot of attention from men who would buy her gifts just because of her butt. She said Serena wanted to be an Instagram star and she thought this was the way to do it.

According to the doctor’s working on Serena’s case she is expected to survive but will have no use of her bowel system, she will have to use a colostomy bag:

The eruption of her implants caused severe damage to her rectum, colon, and lower intestines. According to medical officials, Beuford will require extensive medical procedures to repair the damage caused by the bad surgery.
"We, as physicians, do not understand why women put themselves through such agonizing pain to achieve results like this. These surgeries are not healthy for the body and are not meant to last long. Whoever did this to this young woman should be ashamed of themselves", said Dr. Sanji, a surgeon.

Moreover, I feel the federal government has no business with running any companies like NNPC, NLNG, PHCN power generation, Nigerian railways etc. History has shown that they always make a mess of these infrastructures that should make huge returns in the hands of private investors.

If they don't want to sell of these national items, I propose a Public Private Partnership system that might improve these companies to some extent.

This monthly SHARING method of revenues in Nigeria has been proven again and again as a failed method of growth and development in a country like Nigeria.

Both the federal and state governments are now very lazy to improve the returns of their internally generated revenues. They all await federal allowee like NYSC.

I thought we would be doing things differently with this so called CHANGE agenda but it's another 419 they played us.

CHANGE OR TRANSFORMATION AGENDA, THEY ARE ALL THE SAME.

Come 2019, go for KOWA or HOPE Party for common sense governance.
