Finally i did 364 days TBN at 7.9% I just receive my certificate well the interest is little but it's better than bank fix deposit interest for some of us who are not in the country. Half bread is better than full chim chim.

Please how will it cost to set up a standard cooking gas plant/station in Asaba delta state.
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Diyke4rich: 3:40pm On Nov 04, 2019
RealityShot:
open a cooking gas plant/station.

be sure to do proper hands-on research in your chosen area though.

you also go work at a plant part time to learn the ropes.

i suggest this becos it can gulp huge cash and yield huge returns...

its not akara or suya coins biz
Thank you God bless

Please if one have to cash in a Property for about 50 to 60million Naira reason to cash in is that Property barely make 3million yearly after renovation and also sometime the Property stays empties for months before getting a tenant or tenant over stay, what will be a good business to invest atleast can attract about 1.2million net monthly, your advice will be highly be appreciated. Note this is inherited property

Please what are the risk buying from the bank? Lastly what is the interest rate for government bond and T.bill

Godbpraised:
Government bonds are much safer, however T-bills is safer it you are buying at the primary market, if you are buying through banks there some levels of risk.

mymadam:
Been trying to reach Ecobank? Is it via e-mail or phone? If yes, I advise that you physically go to the nearest branch and make your enquiry... unless you're outside Nigeria, of course.

Better still, the registrar's contact info should be on the share documents in your possession. Contact them directly and state your case. Shikena.
I am not in the country that is my major problem, i have tired to reach them on phone email no one is responding

InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Diyke4rich: 1:46pm On Nov 23, 2018
So what is your advice
feelamong:
This arguement of House over treasury Bills will always be there, incidentally no one will win as it all depends on context.

I personally will not do any house rentals as business. I would only support building the house I live in with the returns from my TBills Investment.

In the past 5 years we have gotten a average return of 15-16% perannum on our Tbillls investment. I doubt any rentals from house will match that.
