He is a consultant to some pharmaceutical company here in Nigeria. But the politics of this country is not helping out.
I wish sanity would be brought back to this Nation to stop this brain drain.

That was how policemen chased a bike man who eventually hit my car on top speed. I was scared that he might be injured because of the impact, only for the okada man to rise up, pick up his bike, apologize and run away. I was stunned! Because I am yet to unfastened my seat to assess the damage he cause (or to check if he was alive).
I left the scene with a damaged head lamp and praising God.

I Have 4 Tenants.

Flat 1 (Pastor): Attributes all his failure in life & ministry to Landlord & The Building. He took me to the dispute tribunal and i took him to Court, later he called all his family to beg me and settle out of court. I agreed. He left my house without paying a dime for 7 months, owes N50,000 electricity bill. To add salt to his injury (not mine), he packed all his property in the midnight and did not drop the key.

Flat 2 (Civil Servant): Cool headed civil servant. No prob

Flat 3 (Business man): Likes living large, owes alot and most time will never pay for little infrastructure.

Flat 4 (Teacher): Pays rent very late. He has not paid a dime this year. Always avoid any community & infrastructure contribution. But God still give me grace I still endure him.

What do i do with them? I will continue to pray for more grace and for God to bless me.
