bushdoc9919: Because that requires increased spending on education, health and science...and our governments do not have the cash.(or claim not to).Exactly. Even if government tries to fund research(in my dreams lol), people will still oppose them. You'll hear things like "Why not spend that money on employing youths? They're just gonna embezzle the money." The problems, IMO, are intertwined. It is a kinda loop. |
Btw, what is Africa good/efficient at? I still wonder how almost a whole continent can be filled with third world countries. |
I've read this stance (and other POVs) on facebook. The thing is, it is not their job to do so. They are not responsible for us. They are not our "Daddy". African phamarceuticals should rise up and take the challenge too. If foreigners work on a cure, good. If they don't, well... You don't say "the reason I'm not in school is because my neighbour did not pay my school fees. When his kids start going to school, I know he'll pay school fees." |
bizibrain: Dont mind those bunch of brainless nicompools. I wonder what dey have achieved wit dat myopic white lie. Dis afternoon, wen I read d post of dat mumu who claim his sister scored 324, I almost believe dat bullcrap until I saw dat his sister is 14 years of age. Haba, I no get tribal mark 4 face. I never wanted 2 reply dat dimwit until I see 4 myself d stats.Lmao, this dude cannot type correctly nor speak proper grammar, yet claims he doesn't have tribal marks. I think you have some on your "bizibrain". Some random user posted some stats and you believed it. And I said my brother not sister. If I post a screenshot will you commit suicide for the sake of mankind? Or you'll just scream "PHOTOSHOP!!" assuming you can spell that right? |
adekayo1234: And what do I stand to gain by lying? some random person just posted an info up there not even in the school's website and u were gullible enough to believe it. The question u should be asking yourself is why u find it so hard to believe that this year's post ume na wash esp for art students.Don't mind the kids. They can't even speak proper grammar. They just believed the stats without asking for the source. |
alchemist13: But don't you think that does who are ready to accept very low price for a project are shooting themselves in the long run? Because when they want to step up their game, so to speak, they would also find it difficult to negotiate decent fees for projects due to others who can do it cheaply. You have a point. |
bizibrain: hey bro, later make u talk say our govt na lair. Abeg who dey decieve who? I feel like spanking ur useless naughty brain. Y putting fear in people with 200+.I don't even know how to reply to your post. Is it that it is impossible for someone to score 324? Not everyone comes from a family of dimwitted dullards you know. And don't call me "bro". I don't know you from Adam. Anyone who wants to be fearful should be my guest. |
Kendzyma: Oya francis tony, wat do u av to say about dis stat?sebi u say peopl dey bag 100 ni?how many enter 300?Why don't you ask the guy where he got his stats from? |
abey20: OAU Releases Post-UTMEI don't believe this. My bro's name isn't there. Source? |
chizzy94: Lol; I'm forreal!That's sad. |
Olarewajub: Well said. I wouldn't want us to discuss politics here, what do you think and How was service today?Service was great and (thankfully) short for a thanksgiving service. |
chizzy94: Yeah, most definitely. That rule is still being adhered to, maybe depending on the school though.wow, are you serious? Thought the underage law was just written constitution. Maybe those young chaps lied about their age, |
fumeah: pls if I see d vc can he helpThe VC cannot help you. |
nnekamezor: O yeah....: i see.alright. |
chizzy94: He won't be admitted, he's not yet 16. Maybe, this year was just some experiment. He'll be 16 next year september. And do Nigerian universities follow that "under 16" rule? I've seen a couple of 14 looking peeps in school. I've heard stories too. |
nnekamezor: Nope....Do i look lik someone u know dereYou look like Iseoluwa |

Olarewajub: The wisdom to utilise the things we've been blessed with.We have the wisdom. Everybody knows we need to "utilise the things we've been blessed with." |
Neldrizzy: when did he start secondary school?2008. he was 9 then. |
Neldrizzy: 14yrs of age ?? Dude better shot up and look for something else to say!! No one one is putting on pampers here!hahaha. I'm serious, he'll be 15 next month. |
fumeah: I had 169,medicine. Pls what are my chancesSorry, you have no chance at all. You could have gotten another course if you'd managed to score 200. Better luck next time. |
I just checked for my kid bro, he scored 324. Dude didn't study for his exams and told me he'll score 350. I told him to come and carry my laptop if he does. Thank God he didn't. And he's only 14. |
Olarewajub: Bro don't say that, you must pray for ya country. #TeamNigeriaNigeria doesn't need prayers. What else do you want God to do for us? We have fertile soil, favourable climate, countless natural resources and a fair share of bright minds. What else do we need? |
Olarewajub: How do you mean?praying for nigeria is a waste of time |
Olarewajub: Did you pray for the peace of our beloved country Nigeria?hahaha. No. I don't have time to waste. |
