SamueItem337: It will favour us more if Brazil wins We should be hoping Colombia and NZ draw No oo...they should beat NZ there's no way Canada is getting 9pts in that group, so its better NZ gets 0 or 1 point overall and gets third place. |

This is the most damning stat on our forwards, the most for any player on the pitch UCHEIBE Christy Midfielder 90mins Shots/On-Target 5/3
They were just not sure what they wanted to when they had the ball at their feet. Even Ajibade with all the promise she showed, should have done better. |

Let's not all jump on Randy, its possible that you can only take from the reserve list, not sure how flexible the Olympics rules are, because there's a reason they required you to provide a reserve list, if not that would not exist in the first place. |

Na our group open pass only 3 points separating the team at the top and the one at the bottom. Sadly we're currently occupying 5th position out of 6 |

This one is not on NFF o, its a FIFA qualifier, any media would have to go through whoever FIFA has given license, right now outside africa its available on FIFA plus |

Meliforme: Finidi's invitation of Awaziem seems like he prioritises ball possession.
Awaziem is one of our bests when it comes to making good passes of the ball.
Awaziem is very good when it comes to making clearances of the ball, insomuch that his ball clearances in many instances of it look like a long pass to a team mate because he is good with long passes. Same Awaziem that passed ball across goal, that the Mali forward intercepted and scored abi another dey |

mostob: Oh boy! Lovewin...I already told you your proofs are not substantial. You're one of the intelligent folks here so I don't know why you're not seeing the point.
There are some metrics in football that you can't attribute to a coach alone. I stand to be corrected though because we're all learning everyday. For instance, 1. Arsenal male team have the best defensive record in EPL this season. Guess who are getting the praise, the CB duos. That's why the defensive record you brought is not substantial. Nnadozie has bailed us out many times, would you attribute that to Randy.
2. Madrid have been scoring freely this season but the names on everyone's lips are Jude, Vinicus and others. Nowhere is Ancelotti mentioned.
You see why you can't justify Randy's efforts with the stats you brought because you can't eliminate the impact of individual brilliance from the stats.
Now, tell me how good were the girls in that double tie against South Africa (the matches that triggered the whole argument). Can you confidently say we would have bagged the Olympic ticket had it been we were facing a more decent side? After 3 years and the players he had, look at what they gave us as performance. All I wanted is a purposeful football, a coordinated team structure and a performance that reflects the Calibre of players we parade.
You're all here standing behind Randy's insufficiency while I'm looking at the future prospect of competing with the best legs in some month's time. It is not emotion. My criticism no dey add Kobo to my account. 'a more decent side' which side is more decent that SA in Africa, abi we were going to play europeans to qualify? |

BascoVanVeli: I don't agree with that example because that was our first friendly in almost 2 year. Plus, when we played France at the world cup we only lost by a penalty goal to nil.
I felt our defense was fine under that Swedish coach but the issue was we couldn't do anything else. Yea, I was only pointing it out because he said that it was only the individual brilliance of Nnadozie that was ensuring we don't concede. |

mostob: There was a moment yesterday..like the last 10 minutes of the match. The girls were just hoofing the ball anyhow whether there is a teammate there or not.
If you watch this current falcons team, you can tell me how Randy has improved the team tactically. Lmaaaooo Context matters, they are playing the last 10mins of a do or die match which would decide if they qualify for a tournament they haven't been to in the last 16years, and they have the advantage but you want them to be playing tiki taka with that amount of pressure where they're more likely to make mistakes in routine stuff?? Nah, you're just hating at this point! |

mostob: Clowns? Randy is the clown here please. Udoh is right. Randy is one of the most protected SF coach. Let's be factual here please, is there anything tangible that Randy has added to this team? Remove the individual brilliance of Nnadozie and the little luck here and there and imagine where we would be by now.
Let's free these journalists please. Nothing exceptional about RW abeg. Moreso, as a player or coach, it is expected to receive criticism. You need to develop tough skin. Why the blocking spree? Nnadozie was in goal when we chop 8 against France, I agree she has improved from that time but still don't underrate the work Randy has done in defense. Its his social media account, he has the right to block whoever he wants, the same way journalists call him out, he can choose to call out those he thinks judges him unfairly when has the spotlight. |

lovewins: Randy in my opinion won the game. I've been one of his biggest critics in the past but he's shown he knows this team and he knows what he wants.
The setup was liberally conservative. We didn't open up too much while at the same time not crippled offensively. He didn't lose sight of the goal which was to qualify and they did just that. We can always work on loses later.
The girls gave their all and they deserve this. Congratulations to them
NB: I think we need to shop for a RB. Alozie isn't one and she was our most vulnerable player defensively. Okeke really made a big case for herself in the team. She upped her game from the previous match where they outran her, this time she opted to use her technical ability than speed but her probably marked her as a weak spot from the first match so they kept loading her wing. |

lovewins: Summary of the first half is Randy Waldrum outplays Desiree Ellis.
We've been the better of both teams, totally making them clueless offensively. The best midfield play I've seen in a while.
I think we've been suspect a few times with decision making. JOE has been the most culprit.
I notice the pitch is also bouncing the ball funny or is it just me?
Hopefully we clean up offensively and put this game to rest. When I saw how the ball was bouncing on the pitch, I just laughed, so na this nonsense pitch Kgatlana dey use yab us. |
