Was it both manager and partner interview?
I don't know if that's what they call it, but was interviewed by a 3man panel. Did the partner interview a week later same day I collected the medical form, still awaiting feedback on that.

Oga don't take it out of context, that was when the Algerians had started misbehaving, everyone on the pitch was angry and wanted to stop them at all cost.

If you guys won't face or address the repeated insult meted out to my mom then plsssss don't bother asking me more interview questions... wink
Oga life is too short to be taking everything too serious.

You can't control how someone else behaves, but you can control how you react.

Move on!

In reality no one owes you anything, this is a faceless forum mind you, seems like you expect too much from people havent even met.

After playing all our group games our current rankings points is about 30+ below the previous month's. The draw against Rwanda did the damage. We didn't gain much points from beating Libya and E. Guinea because they are poorly ranked teams.

You gain good points when you beat a team ranked above you.
This is a fallacy else the team on the top cannot retain that position for long and the Top 10 would be in flux which has not been the case

The CHAN tourney is just like disarming the strong men and arming the weak men and asking them to fight.

Nigeria remains the only West African team left in the tournament. West Africa has the highest export of quality players to other parts of the world. So it is no surprise that they have presented poor teams in this tournament.

Imagine a team like Namibia beating Ivory Coast, Rwanda drawing with Nigeria, Cameroon cannot win a single game in a group that has Congo, Angola and Burkina Faso. Ghanaian, Senegalese, and Malian teams even crashed out in the qualifiers

Now, the problem is this CHAN has been awarded a ranking point of 3 which is exactly same as that of the regular AFCON. This is a serious dis-service as so many weak teams would gain points and become highly ranked. While the real heavy weights themselves especially those from West Africa will really lose ranking points.

The rankings would become pseudo. When you see teams like Namibia, Libya, Angola, Congo and Sudan really limping over some heavy weights you understand what I am talking about.

Many pages back we were talking about how Nigeria can move to top 10 in the World. But with a tournament like CHAN it is not likely that any African team can make it because with this kind of tournament, the heavy weights will continue to struggle. For eg we have lost about 30 ranking points already with that draw with Rwanda.

You don't gain or lose any points for not participating in this CHAN tournament.
Egypt does not take part in CHAN. Could that be a smart decision?

This CHAN tournament. I am still scratching my head.
But didn't we gain points for the wins against Libya and EQG, don't just paint the part of the picture that suits your narrative that's just misrepresenting the facts.

The same way an Iceland can leapfrog an Italy if they do well at the World Cup.

I don't understand what's even going on now. After receiving a mail that i passed the test, I haven't been called for the interview but i received a mail from them today asking if I'm interested in another unit stated in the mail. I don't know if that means there's no space again in the one i applied for or my details were pulled from their database without knowing i'm still expecting the next stage for the one i wrote.
Anybody in the same shoes with me or who can explain this?
Probably cos of your course, got the same mail. Studied Computer Science.

My friend you are muddying the waters, the subject is best player selection by merit.

The discussion is not circumstances personal or otherwise but structure, definitive standards of measurement for the best quality players. The removal of sentiment and the enthronement of merit without question. Let the best players come in no sentiment.

People left Nigeria direct and went to French league, Belgium league, Portuguese league, Italian league. So if you find yourself in the backwaters of Europe it's nobody fault. Life is tough and unfair it's just how it is.

Under no circumstances do we circumvent standards for anybody irrespective of circumstances. One player bypassing the standards is one too many. It us unfair, unjustifiable and not right, no apologies.

If you find objective merit based selection as condescending then I have nothing to say. The EPL is the most competitive league in the World if not the best so what's wrong with the pursuit of excellence

Finally, I am probably more Nigerian conversant than you. Naija no far from me. Dont assume that I don't have am indepth understanding and empathy for the dynamics and struggles in Nigeria. I still can leave Ocean view drive to Okirigwe jnct and eat starch and owo with my hands.

I just will not compromise my integrity, if that makes me Un-Nigerain in your book. Once again no apology.
So to you being Nigerian means being corrupt. Wow, you should write a book!

Poor defending by Nigeria to concede that goal. Sarfo turned in the box while 4 defenders were looking at him like slay queen. #WAFU2017

This completely describes the goal.
