That's the real man. My type....... though in my case, somebody must go down after the long silence. My friends and parents always do anything possible to make sure I talk or vent my displeasure immediately when am angry because they know how dangerous I can be if I keep silence over an offence. MY ADVISE: The cheating lady should do whatever is within her power (legitimately) to talk it out with her husband without any third party. Cry, beg, be extremely nice to him and show true repentance. Break the silence to avoid story that touch. |

Sanusi may not have said anything reasonable in all his life time, but today, his words are words on the marble, one of the wisest saying that times and seasons will attest to. Well done Sanusi. We are our own problems and until we acknowledged this, Nigeria cannot move forward. |
WilyWily:NO my brother, I'm equally pained and disadvantaged in this troubled marriage, a product of sir Frederick Lord Lugard's nightmare. But is war, division, breakup, fights, shedding of blood and the likes the only answer? Has divorces solved the problems of bad marriages in the world today? What about the spoils of (war) bad marriage - the accompanying problems of breakup?? Yes, it become inevitable when all options have failed, the last resort but definitely not the best or only option. The question is what can we do individually and collectively in a none violent effort to move from where we are now to where we dream to be. NIGERIA CAN WORK AGAIN! |
Yes, the mistake of 1914 yes, the forced marriage of Northern and southern Nigeria (like forcing oil and water to stay together) yes, the failed institutions yes, the corruption yes, the failed and visionless leaders yes, the lies and deceit yes, the mortgaging of our unborn children's future on the altar of selfishness, greed and hatred yes, the inequalities amongst tribes and ethnic groups yes, the diversity yes, the altitudes of Nigerians and followership yes, the mono-economy yes, the over dependence on oil. yes, the altitudes of our politicians yes and yes, they are capable of dividing nations. But can they divide us now? Are we going to allow these to divide us now?? The answer is a big NO. Don't ask me why, ask the Americans and they will tell you that these puzzles are what they've been trying to solve for decades: why we're still together in spite of all the reasons why we should break. We've come of age, breaking is out of the options. Let's joined hands and make our great nation (NIGERIA) work. MIND YOU, if Nigeria should break now, it will surely break into pieces (of about six or more) to nobody's interest. PEACE IS THE ANSWER! LONG LIVE FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF NIGERIA!! |

Bro, just get marry to someone you actually love, cherished and adored so much like a sister or your best friend and be ready to make sacrifices. If not for anything, marry for the continuity of your name/legacy or for someone who will take care of you at old age. Ladies are like a brand new car for the first few months or years after marriage/purchase. If you must be driving the car (or keep the marriage going), then you must be ready for constant services or maintenance and replacement of bad parts. Mind you, you May have unexpected flat tires on the road (or on the journey of marriage), that doesn't mean that the journey won't be successful. That's the essence of being prepared before embarking on marriage journey. Men and women are COMPULSORY EVIL - we can't do without each other but we hate and complained about each other |
A7:It hurts bro. It hurts that you can't call a spade a spade. It hurts that the life of young Nigerians, youths were cut short by a man's political ambition and inciting speeches and you're here justifying murders with unsubstantiated claims. It hurts that the same monster is here again to be used by the beast, magog and gog to sheds blood and full the blood bank of his master - Lucifer the devil. Were the slain or murdered youths Moslems or northerners ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ??ONE PRAYER FOR YOU: Since you love buhari, the monster, may you and buhari never GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!! |
Nobody is impeaching anybody my friend. Nigeria has gone through tougher challenges than the current acts of shame from our politicians and still remained one. That's the headache of the western world - they don't understand why we're still one in spite of our tremendous diversity. The 2015 election will come and go in less than four months from now with a new president (Jonathan or who ever win) and NOTHING WILL HAPPEN. Politicians are only overheating the polity unnecessarily. GOD BLESS NIGERIA!!! |
Bobbysworld28:May amadioha plus songo plus effa together with thunder, fire your left nyanch for thinking left left all the times. and may God bless the dude u quoted for thinking outside the box. Aami ooo! |
But I think the speaker and other honorable should have known a better way to handle the situation instead of assaulting police officers on lawful duty and clamping fence. |
@op, you're very correct. Many young men of nowadays looks to what they'll benefit emotionally and overlook this quality only to be flirting with beautiful women. However, beauty is also very important and should be included in the list because one need to be proud and confidence of his girlfriend while walking down the street. |
blizard44:Are you boko haram abi u b shekau here on nairaland ![]() ![]() ?? |
YES, there are many things that can make you not to be proud of your family. @op, I met a young lady, married with two kids (a boy and a girl), 25 years old yesterday with same problem or complains about her family. She was considering between divorce and suicide (the suicide plan was still unknown to her husband though) Her reasons was that 1, her husband was cheating on her even to the point of sleeping with her best friend sake of her inability to satisfy him sexually (call it low sexual drive) 2, that her mother was dead and her father is very sick in the village. 3, that none of her elder brothers and sisters went to school (higher institution), not doing any meaningful job and can barely feed. 4, unnecessary interference of her in-law in their marital affair. 5, serious beating followed by an apology from her husband despite the fact that she's beautiful and contributed greatly to the soul of her immediate family. These and many more that I don't want to mention here made her hate her family to the bone. She was saying these with serious crying. Thank God we were able to calm her down with a plan to ensure her husband sign an under-taking in the presence of senior security, intelligent personnel and legal practitioners. So it happens every day. MAY GOD SAVE US FROM SUCH, AMEN. |
One chance, op pls run for your dear life (that's if you have a life) |
@OP u dey lie. U like am. u just dey jealous because ur girlfriend na LG flat screen tv - back and front ![]() if u no like am, den make u dey close ur eyes ani time u see big nyanch an big breast. We call it DEFENSE (nyanch, ikebe, apate) and ATTACK (milk factory, breast, mah). ![]() |
And I hope you won't regret and come back here to tell us how "your pastor's prescribed husband" is treating you?? |
Its very much welcome because it will at least demobilize or curtail the excesses of the west - Europe and make them quickly responsive sake of competition for relevance. |
andyanders:You're the true son of your father. No dilly dally, no time, no kain! |
US, abeg make una park well jare. Of what use is your intelligence sharing and the training of Nigeria's soldiers if the equipments to be used in combating the deadly boko haram is not provided. How would they take action on the intelligence reports? How would the trained forces put their training to use if the necessary tools are not there?? You trained a man on how to tame or catch a hungry lion and frustrates the man's efforts in getting the right or required equipments in catching/taming the lion, do you want him to use his bear hands to tame or catch the lion ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ? |
