Yes, a minimum of 0.1 is allowed. Boss finally adjusted it to 0.2 maximum lot size, but 1 position. to make many happy

And If you now prefer 0.1 lot size at 2 positions, fine.

Mr man. The grand rule says 0.2 max. My max opened position at a time is 2.

You can check it out by yourself ask for the investor password. Aside from the ones i called out here.

I usually open 0.10 or 0.05 then follow it up with the remaining balance.

Show me where i opened more than 2 position at a time mr man.

Your position shouldn't be more than two at a time....
And info gave a reason for that rule which is to easily review the accounts...

I just went through Samsung guys account and he had alot of trade and flauted the lot size rule by using different different lot size and having more than two positions.....

An agressive trader will instant buy at market opening as market might forget to come for retest. Instant buy will give a -ve RR so i wont advice it but we might miss out if the market didnt do retest , Conservatively if the market should do a retest, we will have a better RR and we can buy agressively. The blue Trendline is coming from the daily TF which gives us extra confluence

After tasting 7% in floating profits this week, just a few pips for Nasdaq to hit my TP, it reversed. I was able to spot the reversal not that late and close with just over 200 USD. My account was 4%+ and I decided to buy Nasdaq when it got to a zone, was going well... Then news happened 😁

Took my SL and put me at 2%+. I saw some other setups and on Nasdaq and set my limits, but because of PTSD I wasn't trading seriously since it was yesterday (Friday). I then deleted the limits because I had too many setups, I decided to stop trading Nasdaq and any other fast pair... Take it slow and just see the weekend without any major changes again. Plus I can only open two trades at a time.

GJ hit SL, EJ hit SL, UJ hit SL. XAUUSD in deep profits, XAGUSD hit TP, US100 hit TP, US 30 hit TP, GA in deep profits. (You can guess the ones I didn't trade on the competition account 😂😂)

I exited at 2026, price dropped to around 2024. I noticed strength and re-entered at 2027 exited at 2036 thus achieving 10 % within 2 weeks trading only gold.

Cadjpy looks like its gonna be a promising buy. I will be waiting for a strong sell zone that turned into a failed zone for an entry. It's a trend following trade so I will go in with a decent lot size..

The trick to passing prop firm account besides experience is starting well with good risk management.

Never risk more than 0.5% on your first trade. Accumulate some profits and use your own profits as a boost to garner more profits.

Treat the company's money as sacred.

Let your first trade be a winner, don't go hard with big lotsize. If you do and it ends in loss. You'll waste good time trying to dig yourself out instead of reaching target.

The disadvantage of first trade ending in loss is psychological as loss begets more loss and some try to increase lotsize which begets more loss until the dreaded message drops into inbox.

NB: The 0.5% should equate to 100 pips stop loss. No room for scalping. Target mostly high probability trades that can generate 100 - 600 pips and you'll be fine.
Choose your instrument(pairs) carefully. If possible trade only 1 or 2 pairs. Less is more because the more the number of pairs you choose, the higher the chances of losing money.

Some people may disagree with me and choose argument but this is my personal viewpoint.
