In His Name The Most High I want to believe wudhu is not really the hindrance here brother. It is your 'will and determination'. Where there's a will, there's a way, they say. "Body never tired once there's a strong will"~Imam Ali. Can you imagine Ammar Ibn Yassir, a man of 98years, fighting very brave at the fierce battle of Siffin in the history of Islam. I believe satan is having a hand and at the same time you haven't resolve certain questions of the purpose of worship / living in your mind. Tips: 1. 'Knowing God' and 'knowing yourself' The first thing you need to understand is 'al-Maarifatillah' (knowing God). I know you do know He exist. There's a saying of the prophet which Allah says thru him: "Know Me before you worship Me" You will understand the Lord better at this stage by contemplating in His unique and magnificent creations. "In the creation of the heavens and the earths; In the alternation of nights and days; there are signs for those who reflect"~Qur'an. Knowing yourself: "Whoever has identified his self, has indeed recognized his creator"~Imam Ali. Picture this giangiantic and magnificent creations and see how 'insignificant, incapable, dependent and lowly' you are. Appreciate the greatness of the Lord and determine how much you need Him constantly. Then make firm your resolution to serve Him without any hindrance. 2. Purpose of creation Imagine! Millions of spermatozoa raced to fertilized that ovum but only one succeeded and that's you. It was never by chance! It was for a reason. Some say 'to dwell and procreate on earth'. So to what purpose? Qur'an says to 'worship God'. But Allah is free from need or want. Therefore, the Worship is actually for yourself. How? There's a spiritual dimension in you that can make you more dignified than angel and all creatures; it is the only entity that can uplift you to the Lord, the only entity that can makes you dwell in the Lord (swt), the only entity that makes you 'deputy of God on earth' (as Qur'an puts it). And the only way to lighten up this spiritual dimension is through 'salat' and other acts of worship (wudhu in itself is an example) with sincerity (ikhlas). It is unfortunate that man only takes care of his physical entity by eating good foods, drink, clothe and cream his body etc leaving the most important spiritual entity un- attended to. Make a firm resolution to uplift and energize your will; then no obstacle can stops you. 3. Ask yourself: Is it too much? Just 25mins in 24hours! Allah ask you to pray just 5times in a day. Alas! He even spaced it not to be cumbersome and bored for you. At least 5mins is enough for each salat X 5different salat at different time = 25mins in 24hours. How much time do you spend watching films, documentary, music, reading etc compare to what the Lord designed for you to brighten your soul and spirit? 4. "...be with the truthful"~Qur'an Where you are, who you are with can influence your quest for spiritualism. Always try to be with those who will constantly remind you of God through their deeds and acts and talk. May Allah makes it easy for you. Salam
Nyc 1 |

I think dere could b delay due to Pressid scholarship. Cinfores is in charge of d two schemes. De wouldnt want a candidate name to appear twice as some peeps did both exams. Dat is just an observation though. My two cent. |

I will write a concise report on scholarship opportunity in Nigeria universities soon |
Rooster crows saying "ALLAHU ALLAHU" repeatedly at Ashiyan City, Bangladesh. This is a Sign for we all to reflect. ALLAH is the Lord of the Worlds, the Creator of the Universe, only Him alone must be worshiped. We should endeavour to be steadfast and do dhikr. For all those Atheist who doesnt believe that there is God. Of course, evolution brings out the atheism in people. Scientists all over the world are now gradually rejecting the concept of Evolution and accepting Creationism concept of life. Read here for more information: http://www.icr.org/home/resources/resources_tracts_scientificcaseagainstevolution/ What are your excuses now? Get a copy of the Holy Qur’an in any language to know and accept the only true religion of GOD- Islam. To become a Muslim, simply accept and say determinedly: Lailaha Illala Muhammadur Rasullullah (There is no other god except ALLAH and Prophet Muhammad is HIS Messenger). One of the qualities of true believers and worshippers of Allah listed in the Holy Qur'an (Q25:63:76) is "... Those who, when they are reminded of the signs of their Lord, fall not deaf and blind thereat". Allah, the Exalted, in His usual way appeals to the intellect of mankind: "Does not man see that it is We Who created Him from sperm? Yet behold! He (stands forth) as an open adversary! And he makes comparisons for us and forgets his own (Origin and) Creation: He says "Who can give life to (dry) bones and decomposed ones (at that)?" Say "He will give them life Who created them for the first time! For He is well-versed in every kind of creation! "The same Who produces for you fire out of the green tree when behold! Ye kindle therewith (your own fires)! "Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like thereof?" Yea indeed! For He is the Creator Supreme of skill and knowledge (infinite)! Verily when He intends a thing His command is "Be" and it is! So glory to Him in Whose Hands is the dominion of all things; and to Him will ye be all brought back." Q36:77-83. Let me round up by writing the English Translation of Suratul Iklas (Chapter 112 verse 1-4) of the Holy Qur’an: Say: He is Allah, the One and Only; [1] Allah, the Eternal, Absolute; [2] He begetteth not, nor is He begotten; [3] And there is none comparable unto Him. [4] May Allah make us one of those who learn from His signs. May Allah accepts our acts of worship and answer our prayers. Peace be on you. Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXAQp8j0FOE |

A teacher told one of his lazy students: “if you bring me a handful of the dust of Paradise, you’ll be a successful student. The next day, the little boy came with a handful of dust and gave it to his teacher. The teacher became angry and said:"Are you kidding me! Where did you get this from?” The student answered with tears in his eyes “This dust was under the feet of my mother, didn’t you teach us that Paradise lies under the feet of mothers?
