Na their way. Politicsngr.com was caught here once peddling fake news. Despite reporting the despicable act, his fake news was allowed to run its course on front page. He is at it again ably supported by the MOD currently on prowl. On the next resumed date of the case, trust him to spin another canterkerous tale.

It's indeed an open secret that the port generates the highest money in Nigeria hence the need to privatise it instead of upgrading the port and making it accessible for importers and exporters alike.

I am pleasantly surprised at this successful concession. This old port is just about 2km from the new port. With the dredging of the Warri River one wonders how the old lady will survive the competition from the new port

The only issue here is the asset declaration stuf.Everyother thing you wrote is balderdash. It is not his duty to expain how he made his money to you. That shoud be your job as the accuser. The burden of proof lies on the accuser and not the accused. If he says he invested his salaries. It is left for you to prove that he made it from bribes shikena.
Don't be a dullard. He must account for the money failure of which he undergoes criminal prosecution. Obviously, you don't know the working of government/civil service and you aren't ready to learn very soon. Please discard this your 2x2 shop mentality that ego is ego no matter the source.

Let us not keep dribbling ourselves. You are the one that refuses to understand what you read. There are 2basic issues here no matter the grammar used

1. Primarily he failed to declare his assets
2. Secondarily he operated multiple accounts including domiciliary one which over the years attracted multiple cash deposits $3m and £108,348.00.and N91m.
Issues to be determined are
1.Does his legitimate earnings as a judicial officer justify such sums?
2. If he has vested interests yielding money, were they declared
3. How was he able to raise the capital for such investment
4 Can the dividends accruing account for huge deposits within such a short time?

The article clearly says a judge is allowed to have investments so kini big deal?
Are you a civil/public servant? If yes, then read your your civil service rules and regulations. If no then know that the civil service is not an all comers avenue where everything goes. The C/S contains a code of conduct for all public officers. As regards investment it says in section 2(b)
(b) Except where he is not employed on full time basis, engage or participate in the management or running of any private business, profession, or trade but nothing in this sub-paragraph shall prevent a public officer from engaging in farming

This issue has been discussed before when the supreme court justices were arrested. I can recollect you were also the advocate in chief for the judges that they can own private businesses

All this mumu investigators why not conclude your investigations before going to the media. There is nothing wrong with the CJN having investments. In fact judges are supposed to invest so as not to fall to temptation by accepting bribes.

All this media trial is hogwash. If you think you have a smoking gun then take it to the NJC.

They know the tyrannical president better as they were far high his superior back then and even till today. This is not the first time TY Danjuma is raising critical observation about the excesses of Buhari.
So, because they are his senior, whatever the say must be the holy truth? Atiku was an understudy of OBJ for 8 years, therefore, anyone still in doubt of his opinion of Atiku in that famous book must be sick in the head. By extension whoever, still in support of that abominable specie called Atiku must really be mad.

Buhari vs Atiku: EU speaks on preferred presidential candidatePublished on January 22, 2019

European Union (EU) has said it has no preferred candidate or party in the forthcoming presidential election.

It made this position known on Tuesday at a press conference organised by the EU-Election Observer Mission to Nigeria (EOM) 2019 in Abuja.

Chief Observer of the Mission, Maria Arena, said the EU-EOM will only “come with a fresh pair of eyes, looking just at the election process.

“We are not interested in the outcome of the elections; we have no interest in seeing this or that candidate or party win. We are here to observe if the electoral process was conducted in a transparent and credible manner,” she said.

On the objectives the EU-EOM is seeking to achieve during the presidential election, Ms Arena clarified: “We have the mandate only to collect information concerning the electoral process and then to publish our findings and make recommendations.

“We will assess the electoral process against Nigeria’s law and international commitments in relation to Democratic elections. We are completely independent in our conclusions.”

She further said the Observer Mission is in Nigeria with a team of 11 experts in Abuja, and 40 long-term observers who have been deployed in pairs around the country to cover all states.

“We are here in the spirit of cooperation with Nigeria. We stand ready to deliver an impartial objective assessment of the electoral process,” Ms. Arena said.

She urged the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, and the security forces to provide clear real-time information on what they are doing and the actions they have taken.

The Chief Observer advised the government and political parties to play their part in promoting a free, fair and peaceful process before, during, and after the election day

You forgot to factor in the stress of renewal for those that are not residing in the country. Trust me, you will wish you spent that extra 20k now when its time to renew.
What is this stress of renewal you are talking about? Getting a new passport here in Warri usually takes just a day if you come with all that is required. Renewal takes less time. If changes could been reflected at home, I see no reason why it shouldn't spread to our foreign missions.

Freddyjimoh:
Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) on Monday said registration and the issuance of new international passport would cost Nigerians N70,000.

NIS spokesman Sunday James, who made the disclosure, said the agency will commence issuance of the new international passport from Monday, March 4 2019 in Abuja.

Issuance of the passport will commence in Ikoyi in Lagos on March 25, Kano on April 1, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos on April 8 and London, United Kingdom April 15.

He said the phase two multiple rollout in New York, Washington, and Atlanta, USA would follow immediately after London on April 22; while other locations, local and abroad, would follow in sequence from April 29.

Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari on Wednesday, January 16 launched the new red diplomatic passport at an emergency Federal Executive Council meeting in Abuja.

However, NIS spokesman said existing passport booklet will run concurrently with the new enhanced passport booklet until the former expires.

According to James, the advantages of the new passport includes its 10-year validity, self-tracking of application and express centres for urgent application.

Other advantages he said included weather friendliness, compliance with latest ICAO standard, polycarbonate technology that reduces the incidence of damage as well saves Nigerians in the Diaspora time of frequent visits to Nigerian Embassies.

He, however, urged “Nigerians to take advantage of the reforms, avoid patronising third party or touts and utilise the online platforms provided by the service for their passport application.”
