From the above scripture, it can be deduced that praying to God through any other means other than Christ Jesus is wrong. He (JESUS) is the only mediator between we and God not some saints as the catholics profess. The above scripture settles that fact, whosoever debunks it only shows the level of ignorance he or she is wallowing in. Mary herself cried out to God as her 'Saviour' in Luke 1 vs 47. This is the same Mary that the catholics regard as the "mother of God", what nonsense! And whosoever tells you that the Bible was compiled by the catholics did you great injustice. After the Roman soldiers killed Christ, they persecuted Christians likewise, but the more they persecuted them, the more they became widespread. Since they (Roman empire) couldn't get a grip on the christians, they dabbled into the church with their fertility goddess (as this was the god they worship in those days) regarding her as virgin Mary. They also dabbled into the church with all the fetish doctrines you see them practicing today. There are documents to back this up, I'm not speaking out of my own fertile imagination
