Why not advise Buhari to kindly reject d revenue coming from those areas too?
D core north did not vote GEJ in 2011 yet most of his major projects like railways,dams,irrigation,new fed universities,almajiri schools etc were sited in d north.
Indeed,there was a country.

well i am not obj's fan but i remember he made a nationwide broadcast sometime in 2006 on a major breakthrough on railway construction.

The trick is that dishonest rulers like 0bj will flag off/award hundreds of jobs but will never vote money for d execution of d project,he did it severally wt d 2nd Niger bridge.
