wapSmart: Still dont understand why some beast will decide to keep killing their people. Still cant get the motive behind it. When will they put an end to this endless killing of innocent people or is it when they have killed everybody.
These Boko boys should know that they are turning their state into a desolate land....
One of the reason why i dont like it when people try to play with my heart and minds. These bunch of evil have been brainwash with hypo cum klin detergent. these beasts killing their now r d same beasts who were busy killing via post election riots, cartoon riots, sharia riots, bombing churches, etc, while the whole of their elders kept quiet cos d killings served their purposes in a way or the other. Now d killers just won't stop cos they have tasted blood and can't differentiate b/w their own ppl and others. When U sow wind,be sure to reap whirlwind, that's nature,U can't just cheat it. |

Flyoruboy: Guy, honestly, beyond trading what else can a brother do over there? I love Onitsha more than Aba but look, I am not into trading. I am an I.T consultant/Real Estate developer. To buy land in Enugu is a frustrating exercise coz there's an unofficial policy not to sell land to outsiders. My team and I once tried to invest in estate development there a few years back and that was our experience. The only way out was to purchase the land by proxy, which wasn't too palatable. I think a lot of your home based folks have an apprehensive disposition about selling land to non-indigenes. That's my experience anyway. I am not home based,I live and work in Abj and sincerely speaking,I have never heard of d policy of not selling land to non indigenes cos d average Igbo man is business oriented and will sell to U his ancestral home and build another site if U make him a good offer. |

Flyoruboy: In your dreams. Didn't you hear about the igboman in Lagos who abandoned his family after his wife had two sets of twins in Lagos? Was it not Ambode that came to the family's rescue? Ngozi Nwosu and Ifeanyi Dije, both Nollywood professionals based in Lagos were suffering from life-threatening diseases and cried for help, none of their SE brothers or even governors came to their aid but Fashola footed their bills, flew them out of the country for treatment and consequently they are still with us today thanx to Yorubas. Those are just 3 examples out of many.
Now, Yorubas own, govern, control and dominate Lagos. And we ate proud that other ethnic groups find our land and region prosperous and accommodating enough to help them achieve success in life. It's the same reason most people prefer Uk, U.s, Canada, to the likes of Iraq, Afghanistan (which represent your own barren region where your own folks, investors, and other Nigerians are obviously avoiding). Igbos are not the only non-indigenes thriving in our land, other Nigerians are not excluded, and we are proud of it coz it is to our credit that we are that open-minded and accommodating. Why can't the same be said about your own region? ? U cannot say d same about my region cos.U guys are afraid of venturing out of Ur comfort zones. Have U ever wanted to buy land or set up a business in Aba,Onitsha,Enugu, etc and anybody prevented U? |

Everyone knows that Yorubas cannot run a successful business without Govt contract or kickbacks, just see what our Insurance sector where Yorubas dominate have become. Our insurance has been reduced to a mere "yahoo yahoo" enterprise. Please which IT and Telecom sector do yorubas dominate? You mean Nairaland IT company?
Oando beats Capital oil in what exactly? We're talking about someone who owns the biggest tank farm in West Africa with a capacity of over 200 million liters and you're talking about filling stations. This is laughable to be honest. Dude, Yoruba business is a joke. Anyone who employs a Yoruba person to manage his business will be doing a disservice to his company. The likes of Kingsway, Bata, PZ, Floor mills, and many other run down businesses are examples of Yoruba management. Just look at how Nairaland is being run and you'll understand how efficient Yoruba conduct their business. What d Yorubas have done all their life is to act as conductors and accomplices to d hausa/fulani in d looting of Niger delta resources. That is why they usually start convulsing anytime they hear Biafra cos they know that d SS will also demand for autonomy once Biafra is realised. |

How many Igbos own homes at Ikeja GRA, Ikoyi, Magodo? Only the few affluent ones that got rich no thanks to Yoruba open-mindedness and liberalism in our region. No more, no less. Yoruba open-mindedness and liberalism? Really? Have U ever given any Igbo man even a free cup of water in that Ur lagos? Abeg, make we hear word. handie: . Answer these questions pls. For ur number 1 point, so, there were no rainy seasons during Jonathan's administration? If there were rainy seasons, why is it that we never experienced same constancy in power supply then? Moreover, rains had already started before May 29. why wasn't there constant power supply? Number 2: So, u telling me those power plants built during the last regime were never put to use before May 29? abeg, bye bye. |
Politics › Re: Stable Supply Of Electricity: See This Guy's Concern by dokiOloye(m): 2:19pm On Aug 09, 2015 |
handie: u say Buhari hasn't done anything to improve power supply? Ok boss. I don't wanna argue that. Can u kindly tell me the reason why there has been constant power supply since he resumed office as president of the federal republic of Nigeria? Isn't it easier for U that is claiming d improved performance supply is due to Buhari to give me proof of what he has done in d sector? 1st of all, power supply usually peaks during rainy seasons due to d fact that d dams work optimally,or have U not noticed that in previous years? 2ndly,Some of d power plants built during d last regime are also gradually being put in use thereby boosting supply. BUHARI HAS NOT INVESTED A DIME IN D POWER SECTOR NOR EVEN MADE A POLICY STATEMENT IN D SECTOR. |

PDP tried so hard to make us see him as an extremist but the story has changed now. even PDP told us recently that buhari has no sleaze of corruption!!! what else do you want? it's only tribal bigots like you that peddle hate against him. Everything is finally falling into place gradually in this country because discipline has returned but you still won't appreciate him cos your heart is filled with hate. Buhari never gave almajiris order to kill innocent people in 2011. that's purely due to their own intolerant attitude. he shouldn't be blamed for what happened.
