You're very correct bro. I've a strong hope and firm belief on getting this NSCDC job but of course their management have easily turned my person to a liar. May God help us.


I also learnt they've started paying their promotion arrears (in bits and batches though and junior officers are getting theirs already) so let's hope things would turn out good within this month or next.

All I have to say about this NSCDC delay is Allah ya isa. Haba! Those guys are just a bunch of confused people. The CG is very hardworking but I don't know why he seems to not be in control of this issue.


....and to think this is the paramilitary organisation I'm so sure of being recruited really pains me o �

A Nigerian lady who was handed her expulsion letter from Federal University Lokoja few days ago, has narrated what really led to the incident on Twitter. 


According to the lady who disclosed that she is an orphan, her journey to getting expelled started after an examination leakage where some students were alleged to have bought questions from a driver.

Twitter user @yoitslegit who shared the story on behalf of the Federal University Lokoja student identified as Lydia Lawal, wrote;

My name is Lydia Lawal, I studied Economics at Federal University lokoja. After 4 years of blood and sweat my university handed me an expulsion letter unjustly. Please I want all well meaning Nigerians to help share my story till we get justice.

I gained admission to Federal University lokoja in 2013, as an orphan I had to work in Lagos during the long vacations to pay my school fees. And from my first semester to 400 level first semester I was on second class upper with a 4 point cgpa.

The issue that led to the expulsion of 13 students in my class started during my final exams when there was an alleged examination leakage where some students were said to have bought questions from a driver.

I happened to be the departmental president at the time of the crises and I was called by my head of department to answer some with less than a week's notice. The university management refused to release the result of the new exam, refused to convok my department with others and didn't mobilize us for NYSC.

I was shocked that after almost 9months the university management called 13 of us which includes the best student in my class with a cgpa of 4.9 to come and pick up an expulsion letter, and our names pasted all over the school as expelled students.

The Vice chancellor claims that as long as you were invited to the exam malpractice committee, then it's enough reason to believe one is involved.Please I am asking for an human right activist to take up our case. Please I cannot afford the services of a lawyer. Please don't let this injustice be swept under carpet , we believe they are playing politics with our lives

My fiancee finished from the Federal University LOKOJA (FUL) and I used to visit her almost every week. Satoof hotels and Halims Hotels just close to Ganaja junction used to be where I lodged during my visits.



I attended the said convocation at their permanent site in Felele and truly Economics Department were not part of those who were allowed to partake in the convocation.



Eyaa, I pity this girl o. Probably Human Rights activists should pick up this case from there. This girl is innocent a d shouldn't be allowed to suffer for another man's sins �

it is reliably on record from credible sources at the NSCDC headquarters that the delay in recruitment in the NSCDC is not unconnected to the refusal/delay of powers that be to release and pay promotion arrears of officers and men of the corps.



for reasons unknown, the man at the helm of affairs of the corps didn't do what his counterparts in FFS, NIS and NPS do when they did it.


He didn't pay the officers and men of the corps their new salary and arrears even when they wrote their promotion exams and are due for promotion. This has resulted to stagnation in the Corps.


This also added to the reason why they've not called for recruitment.


However, it is expected that as soon as this is cleared, NSCDC recruitment would be out. Hope this helps.


NB: I need anyone else with credible info to either confirm the one I got or counter it. This is just what someone very close to me, an NSCDC officer told me.

Please I had a dream this Afternoon and it goes thus:


In this dream I saw myself in the community where I served. Effraya in Etung LGA of Cross River State precisely.



There wasnt hardly light when I served there, but in this dream there wasn't light at all but just poles and wires. In the dream, I didn't know what exactly I did. I just had a voice in my head asking me to touch
a pole. Which I did. And instantly, light came to the community.



Now the surprising thing wasn't that light came to the community just bcoz I touched a pole, no. It was that my Effraya, where I served got light and the next community to it which hitherto had light was instantly thrown into darkness and people started murmuring and complaining that someone tampered with the pole.


Now I went home, still in the dream and an elderly man where I presently live just saw me and before I even greeted me told me "ehen! thanks to God you're here, please follow me at one. " He didn't even stop while he talked but started heading straight to another room within the compound.


Note: He carried a stick as though he was going to kill something. Before I could go with him, I woke up from the sleep. That ends the dream. Please I beg for interpretation as I see there some people who are truly gifted in dream interpretations here. May God bless We all, amen.
