What if they are not 18650 cells? I saw a li-ion pack doing 57v top and 48v cutoff. What can be improved about that charging profile?

14×4.2=58.8v max ( decreases lifespan though)
3×14 = 42v cutoff (38.08v for my trusted Samsung 26J).

I have an inverter setup with 2 Amaron quanta 200AH battery and 1.5kva luminous inverter that I have been using for about 18month now. I use nepa light to charge it.
It use to have backup light of about 6 - 10hours when I started using it. My major load is my 65inches TV and 3fans with bulbs.
Now, the setup get fully charge in less than 2hours and get drained in less than 2hours.
What could be the problem.

Honestly, that was my experience with the Souer inverter modified wave I first used. I would leave it on most of the time and it just got damaged repeatedly I have packed it some where now. I now use PSW and is serving very well.
