it's a shame what manner of society we live in. To imagine that people can stand to say they want yo defend that which should be abhorred. A society where if a man dies, it's his wife's wickedness that killed him but if it's the woman that dies, her wickedness killed her. A man who remarries a year after his wife dies is seen to have done the honourable thing, but if it's the other way round, then the woman must have been a prostitute even when her late husband was alive. I hardly comprehend that some are trying to make the student out into the villain. If it were a female lecturer that was caught on tape, would this discussion even arise? From the recording, its obvious that the man at the other end had earlier given her an indecent proposal, which she refused. She could have kept quiet while the man continued his indecent trade, but she decided to help bring the man to justice. Who knows maybe tomorrow it would have been your sister or daughter who would be caught in his web. Whatever goes around comes around. God help Nigeria.
