It is clear from the message you sent us "Your IP is changed" that you are having internet connectivity issues.

Please note for security reasons cPanel don't allow users to use dynamic IP within a session. During a login session, your internet connection has to maintain a same static IP to validate a session.

Many internet connections use dynamic IPs but the IP never changes between an active session, if it does it could be due to poor internet connectivity which must be reported to the ISP. You can confirm this by going to: https://www.whatsmydns.net/whats-my-ip-address.html

Please check your IP when you are successfully logged into Control Panel and again when you are logged out of the Panel due to IP change error. If you notice that your IP has changed, please report it to your ISP.

If your IP is changing constantly you should contact ISP, since it could be issue with your Internet connection. Please get this fixed from your ISP.

Possible Solutions:

Here are the recommended solutions that will likely resolve your issue:

1) cPanel has an inbuilt proxy so you can also access cPanel from Sub-domain which uses a different port. Try to access cPanel from the sub-domain http://cpanel.yourdomainname , many times this will fix the error.

2) You can use a VPN service that gives you a static IP. You can even use Opera's free VPN service. Opera has a free inbuilt VPN with all its latest versions. You can refer here: https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/2016/04/free-vpn-integrated-opera-for-windows-mac/

So using Opera will give you a stable connection & you can try using it to access your cPanel. This will also likely fix your issue.

If you are using Mobile, it is recommended that you use Opera Mini, it will solve the IP issue. Since Opera mini uses Proxy with Static IP for browsing internet.

3) You can contact your ISP for a static IP. This will also fix your issue.

My domain Taiwoemayosan.com was due for renewal on Saturday. I renewed yet after the expiration period, I couldn't gain access to my site. Domainking is saying my domain has expired. I lodge a complain nothing has been done.
This morning I got a mail telling me to confirm the transfer of the domain. I click on confirmation only to get a charge of 2000+ as transfer fee.

I didn't ask for a transfer, besides I paid my due before expiration. You guys should do something about my domain because my business is getting affected already.

Out of frustration, and in other to get my blog back online, I decided to pay AGAIN for d same domain renewal. And after over 5hrs these guys are yet to do anything to get my domain back online.

Guys, please flea from domainking. After making a payment for my domain renewal, after a month they suspended my domain and said that my domain was NOT paid for. After providing screenshots, they said they can't find my payment.
Now, in other to get my domain back, I asked them to get me my EPP code so I can transfer my domain to another registrar but this is almost 24hrs since I made dt request & they r yet to give me the EPP code.
So people, for ur peace of mind, run from them.

NB: my blog is: www.oddytech.com.ng and it has been offline for the past 4 days now.
