We have hired new staff competent in their fields and ready to handle any unforeseen circumstances. That will be proven by the test of time. But i assure you No data was lost. I assure you that 80 percent of problem have been dealt with. Refunds are being processed as we tally the record, each day We do understand the meaning of the word Responsibility. And yes we have been hearing this message about our responsibility ,in the form of ire of our clients since we returned,we deserved their anger and we will be responsibly resolving their issues as a good company. We were never going to leave clients and run away,we follow good protocols that bind us to our client responsibility, otherwise we would never have returned to face such a situation,we returned because we care about our clients. We know a few clients have been parted with their money, they will be refunded even at extra cost to us. We will continue to resolve client issues, not in hopes to just regain their trust and their business back but to fulfill our responsibility. We will continue to do it even if this practice runs us out of business ,so is our level commitment. we havn't gauged the level of market response towards our services yet,but we will still fulfill our responsibility even if the response is feeble. Now don't just sit there ,write to us,if you purchased our services,we will resolve your issue,we are paid to do that. Write to us at support@domainking.ng we will resolve your issues. ghpsi:Hi ghpsi, Please note that it is clear from your message that you are having internet connectivity issues that is caused by your ISP as you were alloted a dynamic IP by your ISP. As due to some security reasons cPanel don't allow their users to use dynamic IP within a session so for that login session your internet connection has to maintain a same static IP to validate a session. If your IP is changing constantly you should contact ISP, since it could be issue with your Internet connection. Please get this fixed from your ISP. From our experience, the internet connections from MTN and Glo Mobile provide better connectivity. Which provider are you currently with. You can also use VPN for browsing the internet. This will give you static IP. I hope this may help you. If you have any further issues then you can raise a support ticket from here: http://www.domainking.ng/support or you can also email to us at support[at]domainking.ng. Our support team will assist you in solving this issue. Feel free to contact us if you need any help. Best Regards, Harjot DomainKing.NG |
Ebuka2016:Hi Ebuka2016, Thank you for providing us your invoice number. I have checked your invoice & account for your issue. I have tested by trying to pay for this invoice in your account & I was redirected to the payment gateway without any issue. Moreover, from your description you have mentioned that you are able to access our website but are stuck at the payment gateway during payment. So the IP blacklisting does not seem to be the issue. You seem to be having an issue at the payment gateway page while trying to make the payment. I can see that you are using Voguepay payment gateway to pay for your invoice. If you are experiencing trouble while using Voguepay, I advice you to please also try using another Online payment gateway for paying the invoice. You can try to use Cashenvoy for paying for your order. Please read this guide for help: http://www.domainking.ng/articles/pay-your-invoice-using-cashenvoy/ Please try at your end again using the above solution & let me know if the issue is resolved for you. Best Regards, Karan DomainKing.NG |
Ebuka2016:Hi, I am sorry for the issue that you are facing. I have checked by placing a test order at our website and it was successfully placed at my end. I was also able to redirect to the payment gateway without any trouble. Also, if our website is working fine at your end then your IP is most likely not blacklisted, because if your IP was Blacklisted then our site would not open at your side. So IP blacklisting is most likely not the issue. So I would need to check the issue in your account to find the exact issue. Can you please tell me your domain name or invoice number so that I can check your issue and assist you accordingly. You can also contact us by raising a support ticket from here: http://www.domainking.ng/support or you can also email to us at support[at]domainking.ng. Our support team will assist you in solving your issue. Feel free to contact us if you have any further queries or need any further help. Best Regards, Harjot DomainKing.NG |

Hi Everyone, I was just wondering why people get ready to spend so much on .com domains but they still doubt while investing in .ng domain names? Well! The possible reason could be that our awareness is limited to just .com domains. Maybe we all never tried to know about .ng domains! And even if we did, we couldn’t find much about it on the internet. But you will be surprised to know that .ng domains have turned some people into millionaires. Let’s see how? We all know that branding is everything on the internet. No brand means no existence! To build a strong brand you need to have a perfect domain name for your business. But most of the short, fine & unique domain names have already been registered. We call these domain names the ‘Premium Domains’. These domains are easy to remember, give SEO advantages to your website & have high marketing values. Because of their so many internet benefits & increasing demands the premium domains are sold at a very high cost. The icing on the cake is that many companies & users are willing to pay thousands of Nairas to secure a domain names that is related to their business (& secure their brand). Eg. A shoes company owner will be willing to pay a high price for 'shoes.ng' or 'shoes.com.ng' since it can offer a great advantage in terms of branding and SEO. Also there are Domain Auctions where you can mention the highest bid for your domain name. And woolaa! You are going to be a millionaire if your domain is worth it. We did some research to find the most expensive .ng domain names. And we would love to share the list with you all. Here is the list of Top 10 Most Expensive .NG Domain Names sold till now! https://cdn.domainking.ng/dkblog/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/top-10-most-expensive-.ng-domain-names.png Source: DomainKing.NG Blog cc: seun lalasticlala |

dexed:Hi, Please note that we totally understand your frustration at your website being down. But please understand that your domain has expired before it was transferred. That is why your website is not working. We have tried our complete best to explain the genuine reasons to you. Please note that as explained to you that 5-7 days is the standard time for every domain transfer. It was the same when you had transferred your domain to us. Please refer to the screenshot in our reply to you in ticket: #236848 or in our last reply to you here on Nairaland. It is the same period with almost any Registrars worldwide. You can contact any well known Registrar to verify this. Almost all Registrars advice their Registrants to Renew or transfer their domain well before expiry to avoid any downtime or any such issue. So you need to understand that this policy is universal & applicable to every ICANN Registrar & not just us. The domain transfer to any different Registrar would take 5-7 days in most cases as this is a standard ICANN policy. I hope I was able to clarify your doubts. Feel free to contact us if you have any further queries or doubts. Best Regards, Rahul DomainKing.NG Support |

dexed:Hi Dexed, I am Karan from DomainKing.NG, I have read & understood your issue. I would like to clarify all your doubts that you may have regarding our service. Kindly note that we give full control to all our customers & we never stop our customers from Transferring-out their domains. And we have assisted you in every way possible in transferring out your domain explaining everything to you at every point. But since this 5-7 days transfer period is not in our control, I believe that you think that we are trying to prevent you from moving your domain away from us. But this is not the case as we have already explained to you in detail in all our replies to you in the support ticket ID: 236848. Please refer to the policy 3.2 & 6.2 in the ICANN Transfer Policy here: https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/transfer-policy-2016-06-01-en Please see the screenshot for more clarity on the ICANN policy: https://snag.gy/vD0PfM.jpg This transfer policy is universal & it even applies when you transfer your domains to us from another registrar. Please refer to the attached screenshot. The screenshot shows the timeline of domain transfers when you transferred your domains to us from another Registrar in past. You will find that all these domain had taken 5-7 days for the transfer to be completed. If the manual transfer approval was possible then it would have been much easier for us to simply approve your Transfer-out Request than to exchange such messages with you in which you might believe that we are not trying to help you. But believe me that we have helped you in every way possible. We have been very transparent about the whole process. But you appear to have made a perception that we are not allowing you to transfer your domain away. Please read all our replies and you will find that we have assisted you in every possible way. According to the ICANN's Transfer Policy Once transfer is approved by Old Registrant, New Registrant & Admin Contacts, transfer normally takes 5-7 days to complete as per ICANN Policies (as per these policies if the transfer request is validated by the Old Registrant, New Registrant & Admin Contact and no rejection/stop request is filed by losing registrar then transfer will go through in 5-7 days automatically by the Registry, during this time the domain status will be updated to pending transfer and no one can make changes to the domain). For a domain transfer to initiate, you also need to make sure that you have approved the requests from gaining & losing registrars to initiate the process. This has to be done along with Registrant & Admin Contact Approvals. Once all of this is done, the transfer will take 5-7 days to complete. All this is automated by the Registry. But Registrars have option to manually speed up this by sending EPP command to accept the transfer-out request. Most Big Registrars prefer to work using the 5 day process defined by ICANN (as this allows their clients to reject transfers in case of accidental transfers). So its not possible to manually approve the process as our ICANN Registrar doesn't allow this. The ICANN Registrar (Public Domain Registry) that we use does not allow manual Transfer-out approval for a domain as they use ICANN's 5 days automatic transfer out policy. Most Big Registrars use the same policy. It is always advisable to transfer or renew domains way before expiry date (i.e: 7-10 days minimum) to avoid any downtime or inconvenience. We have explained every detail to you in our emails sent to you. You may refer to Ticket IDs: 134582, 933719 and the attached screenshot for more clarity. Also it seems that you have a misunderstanding regarding our privacy protection service. And I want to clarify the misunderstanding. Please note that the Privacy protection service is a service that we offer for free with every domain. Most Registrars change fees of upto $3-$10 for this service. You can check this with any popular Domain Registrar to verify. Kindly also note that you have the choice and control to not add this free service to your domain when buying a new domain from us. And you can even disable this service any time. This service replaces your whois details with the Privacy Protected Whois to prevent you from receiving any spam & maintain your privacy. So it is a rule to disable privacy protection while transferring out your domain. This is a standard rule at every Registrar & any Gaining Registrar would guide you to disable it. We had disabled it for you as soon as we received a request from your end. We sincerely appreciate any feedback (especially any negative feedback) that is posted about us as it is way to constructively improve our service. But I believe that your feedback is posted because of your misunderstanding on this issue & it is not a true refection of our service. We sincerely care so much about our clients & we have always tried to help you & all our clients by going out of our way to help in all issues. You would also understand that any negative feedback can affect a business. I request you to please update your posts on Nairaland so that it would not mislead anyone to believe that we are not helpful to our clients which is completely opposite and can be verified by our existing clients. I request you to please update the feedback that you have posted because of your misunderstanding of this issue. I hope I have clarified all your doubts and I believe you will understand our efforts that we have put to help you in this issue. Feel free to let us know if you have any further doubts. Best Regards, Karan DomainKing.NG
